Exterior door at north end if building wouldn't open with room keys, so guests used rocks to prop it open. Not very secure. Hotel staff didn't seem concerned about it. Curious why this hadn't been fixed! Garbage can in that small north end lobby was always overflowing. Noisy- guest tromping in room above us, multiple dogs barking in the hallway, kids yelling. Didn't expect much for grab-and-go breakfast, but no muffins available for breakfast by 7:30 am. Only a sweetened creamer for coffee.

the room was in disrepair, the lights didn’t work, the molding was falling off the wall and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Some of the towels were dirty too.

The floor in the elevator had the same dirt on the floor all 3 days I stayed here. the price was on the low side so I suppose my expectations were too high. The rooms are just old. The colors are not happy colors. The textured walls are depressing. I used my towels a couple times. For a 3-day stay, there was no in-between cleaning service. The coffee wasn't available long enough. It ran out a half hour before the posted time and the woman said that no more would be made.

The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. I liked the body lotion. There was plenty of parking. the guy who checked me in was enthusiastic. (The woman during the day didn't even look up. ) I liked the reasonable price. It was easy to book. The coffee was good. It was quiet during the night.

They inform you that breakfast is served. And actually there is no breakfast coffee was gone before 9:00 a.m. and they gave me one muffin. Also I had to come back three times just to get checked in because every time I did what they asked they added something else in order for me to be checked in.

The water in the Tub leaked and was kind of annoying. My uncles Card demagnetized as he was coming back in from visiting family around 3a from the Hampton Inn next door. No one answered the phone at the door that says call a number if you need to for assistance. SO he ended up waking me up to come down to let him in, at 3AM

Hotel was so so.... Location is close to highway. Cleanliness in the room was ok but the common area cleanliness was not good as it was stinking a lot (especially the lift) . Staff was kind and supportive but I am still missing on my invoice copy due to which I am unable to settle my claims.

The beds are like sleeping on a rock, my hips hurt so bad i barely slept. The extra cot i rented was nothing but springs it was ridiculous and i cant believe people that work there think thats a comfortable bed. There should be a thin mattress that goes on it. Other than that it was fine

The bathroom vent was dirty and making a lot of noise. The light about the table did not work. Need more electrical plugs near the beds. Went to get coffee the next morning they did not have any cups and put the coffee away no grab and go breakfast as advertised.

No soap or shampoo in the bathroom to wash with; was able to get hand soap at the front desk. The place was noisy. The door closers slammed the hallway room doors and it echoed down the hallways. Multiple cars started their engines to warm up just outside our window starting around 6 am and left them idling for 5-10 minutes before driving away.

Room was clean. No pet or smoke odors in the building. Temperature control worked good.

rooms around us were extremely loud at one in the morning. there wasn’t any toilet paper and staff wouldn’t bring any to the room we had to go down and get it. bathroom had hair in it and i killed multiple bugs

It’s not clean and it needs to be remodeled. After wiping off surfaces the wipes were filthy. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and the water for the bath was not hot. The wash pool cloths and towels were very thin and rough. The carpet had spots and should be cleaned or either removed.

Convenience to the location that I was using. The front desk ladies are very awesome and extremely helpful.

Place had slight odor. But may have been due to kitchens in rooms and cooking smells mixing. No shower curtain in room. Not allowed to pay cash for one night stay. Would have been allowed to pay for an “extended” stay though.

Took 3 hrs for a wet spot to be cleaned up in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. Front door unlocked past 11pm, was 12:30am when we found it open. Never saw staff at desk unles someone was checking in/out. Took forever to check in, sad there is no public restroom. In one room the shower leaked into the kitchen.
