The fact that i don't live in the same state. Yet I almost got turned away after making a r3aervation online because I have an address that is just under 50 miles away. Not to mention the front desk attendant qho clearly loves running people away. He also tried to lie ro my face and say I booked the wrong night. Until I shoved my phone with the confirmation in his rootless face. I was appalled.

Bathtub pull didn't work in the second room we were moved to and with a 6 year old, it would've been nice.... But honestly it wasn't the cleanest so I don't think I would've had them sitting in it anyhow. Oh, and the toilet paper holder was no longer fastened to the wall, as we kept knocking it off where they had simply "balanced it" on the old fastener. In the first room, the curtain rod was completely ripped from the wall and hanging, screws exposed. We asked immediately for a room change and the staff was nice and obliged.

Found easily. Mini fridge was nice. Staff was nice and obliged to our room change when the first room was not to our safety standards, with exposed screws and potential head injuries.

My room was fine but my sons room smelled of urine. Had to get a spray to tolerate.

Area and set up is not for faint of heart, large tractor trailers in and out, big pot holes coming into drive. If you don't use white noise at night you might find it loud. Don't be too judgy, you aren't paying for The Ritz.

Room smelled good, and was clean. Sheets were fresh and crisp, beds were comfortable. Staff worked with us to make sure we could get a room we were happy with, even though they were booked to capacity. Every staff member spoke to us and was friendly.

My room wasn't necessarily clean, bed sheets and blanket were clean tho. Rack was halfway pulled of wall and behind and to the right of the TV stand, you could see someone had spray painted on the wall.

The location was nice and a great value, ac unit kept room nice and cold. And also the walk in shower was nice.

Everything was fine

This is an old place. But it's clean. Nice staff. This is a frequent stop for truckers and pipeliners. Very friendly place. Very friendly staff. Very friendly visitors.

There was an arcade type area in the building but was informed that the guests can not use it because it was bought by a business man for their employees. it would had a been a great place for my teens to enjoy.

I liked that the staff were friendly . I liked that the beds were very comfortable.

Issue with the toilet (we were told it was scheduled to be replaced.) Also water from the roll in shower spread easily to the floor making it rather slippery. Key card reader on the door was temperamental.

Clean room, very quiet location and very convenient to where we needed to be. It looks like they are in the process of upgrading the motel.

It was a very busy weekend in the area. There’s not enough parking in the front to accommodate a full house. The parking on the back side was very dark.

the location is great and only minutes from anything. It’s nestled at the top of a hill away from the freeway so It was quiet. They offered a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area felt safe.

Room needed renovation. Toilet didn't flush well had to mess with it in order to flush it.

Rooms were dirty ..left poop in the toilet from previous guests...also got a room for the teens found beer in the fridge, hair all over pillows and sheets, smelled like poop bc waste trucks surround the place

Beer can and dirty socks under the mattress, dirt smeared on wall. Kids in another room walked in to feces unflushed in the toilet and beer left in another's fridge. There were bugs (not bed bugs) under the night stand next to where pop had been spilled and not cleaned by house keeping. Floors weren't swept could see previous people footprints on the floor in the bathroom. Also the people working reception were clearly displaying symptoms of illegal drugs.

Other than location there is nothing good to be said about this place.

Windows don’t lock. Mold in the bathrooms. The smell in the hallways and rooms were horrible. Stains on sheets.

The location was great, was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way for us!

The bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty bar of soap left in the shower and a dirty towel hanging on back of the bathroom door when we got to our room. There was a hole in the wall beside the bed, the dresser drawers were all broken and there was was Hershey kiss under the edge of the bed. The room was not cleaned very well so glad we were only staying there for a place to rest our heads for the one night.

The location was good just far enough from all the very busy part of town

My reservation was pointless. I arrived to check in , no rooms available. Someone had to go clean a single bed room , I booked 2 queens. There was another grown man traveling with me, made for an uncomfortable night.

Ants on bed and floor and sink. Mold on our bathroom ceiling. Went to breakfast 1 hr before it was done and most of the stuff was out. We had to go to mc Donald's to eat.

Feb 3, 2024: The Desk clerk & employee could've taken better care of the breakfast bar. They let it go down to nothing with an hour to go. They stood at the desk griping about another employee that comes in and all they do is sleep in the back.
