I checked in around 10pm, after the office was already closed. When I entered my room, I was immediately disappointed and a bit worried. The TV was off the bracket on which it had been mounted to the wall, and sitting on the small dining table. Also, there were no pillows on the bed. I called the courtesy officer to let him know. He said he'd help me find another room. The second room he showed me had no bathroom mirror, or any mirror in the room. The third room had a mirror, pillows, and the TV in place on the wall. He picked up an apparently used bar of soap off the kitchen floor when I pointed it out to him. He went to find a microwave because that wasn't in the room like it should have already been. Then he had to bring me a new TV remote because the one in the room was broken. The room had only 2 pillows for a full size bed, and the blanket was thin as a sheet. There was a cook top but no pans or utensils for cooking. The floor could have really been scrubbed; I made the mistake of removing my shoes to walk around the room, and later when I got in the shower, my feet immediately left dirty prints on the shower floor. Two of the rooms I entered had a distinct smell of marijuana in them, one much stronger than the other. I walked around the exterior of the place and in several places is smelled of urine. Overall though, I don't even think I got what I paid for. It was a bit of a sorry stay.

The man who checked me in was pleasant and helpful to find me all the items that were missing from my room. Having a fridge was nice. The room appeared relatively clean. The water pressure was good. It was a place to sleep.

very poor house keeping, spent about 18 days in total, there wasn’t any change of bed sheets or spread not even a bath towels. The heater or air conditioning system not functioning. Top of the fridge were dirty for some reasons. no access for cleaning tool as well.

There were people clearly hanging out looking for drugs, the police officer roamed the parking lot stalking guests and patrons alike. Upon check out, the couple next door began arguing then physically fighting and as we drove out I saw the woman was scantily covered with only a thing as she put her spouses items out ,all while a baby about the age of 3 wailed. It was a sad scene but unfortunately due to my recent eviction, might be a familiar one.

I liked that it was easy to find, the receptionist/security/concierge was very helpful but clearly doing more than one job. The information he provided was very helpful. The shower was interestingly modern and well used to make use of space. Thr toilet was a slow flush, there was hair in the sink and on the soap dish. The microwave still had food in it. The beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom was damaged, microwave outlet didn't work, and it small like every one who is staying in the hotel smokes pot, got lock out at night,key card didn't work,had to call someone to come and unlock the door, and it was 10:30 pm and it was dark.

Appliances and facilities are worn out from years of use. Stove, microwave, shower area, taps etc sould be replaced. The environment wasn't very hygienic as I could smell marijuana outside my room (even though I got a non-smoking room). I should have physically seen the rooms before booking/paying. I definitely didn't get value for my money.

Roaches. Shower wasn’t clean. Seems like they don’t clean the shower or the head or wall of the shower.

Too many roaches. But service was good Besides the fact I had to purchase a lightbulb for the room. I mentioned it but no one ever came so I just bought my own bulb so it could see.

Stay at Horizon in less than 2 miles away. Rooms are clean and so is the pool. I'm checking in Thursday. Can't wait. it's $30 more but it's worth the comfort and sanity.

I had to wait over an hour or more to get in a room and they do not charge me the correct price given by Booking.com. They charged 7 dollars more. Truly not satisfied when I showed the price and it was not corrected. The shower was moldy and I had to clean it

There were roaches in the room. Mice were coming in the door at night. The grounds were very dirty. Sheets were dirty and stained. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. My room didn’t have a microwave when I got there so I had to request one.

The staff was wonderful though but the hotel itself was horrible experience for my family.
