The person in charge of the breakfast was outstanding. Could have not been more helpful. Don’t remember her name but she had a knee support on one leg.

We had confirmation that we booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each. When arrived we told that our reservation was for single kings. We settled for rooms with one bed and pullout sofa. Someone/something had screwed up.

In room coffee selection tasted terrible. More bath and hand towels would have been nice.

Staff was very courtious and helpful. Room was clean with a nice kitchen stocked with dishes amd cookware. Location was quiet and not right next to the main highway.

I didn't like that the touch switches for the lights didn't work, a bulb was out on the nightstand and the curtains do not cover the windows all the way. The shower was luke warm at best and you had to keep the bathroom door closed to block out the dripping sound from the shower and the tub.

Breakfast was good, however, I did not get to try the coffee since it ran out on the gentleman in line before me. It was also still not replaced by the time I was finished with my breakfast.

Jacuzzi tub drained very slow at times to the point of not at all. Breakfast was extremely limited on choices.

One staff member was in a dirty uniform, same one two days in a row. Breakfast was ok. No bacon was a bit sad.

We booked 2 rooms for our family, both room were listed as non-smoking room but smelled like a chain smoker had been in the room previously. It looked like facility had placed dryer sheets inside the air conditioner to make it smell better but just didn't fix the problem

Easy access to interstate. Super friendly staff. Room size.

We had a large family reunion and the staff was very helpful with making sure the whole family had what they needed from types of rooms, towels, extra “family room” and on top of any issues we had.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I woke up hurting.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms when we first arrived. There was a loud family with small children having a WWE experience in the next room. We are old and wanted quiet. The front desk clerk was very understanding.

The price was a little high for what it was. But there was a lot going on in Columbus so I would say that was a factor

Management. It is either $200.00 cash or card for incidentals. That's what it says. But for some reason I had to pay cash at that moment. When I handed her my credit card. I told her I don't have cash, she immediately told the front desk girl to cancel my reservation. So I was forced to pay the $200.00 cash at there atm, if I wanted to stay there, of course, I have too, for work. I stay at this hotel alot and that was the first time I had ever had this experience.
