We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel is an old motor coach hotel. You park directly in front of your unit. This room had a small kitchenette and was quite comfortable. It is just on the edge of the historic Main Street, so it’s just minutes from all the restaurants and shopping.

I would replace all the faucets in bathroom and kitchen. Filters are clogged up and need replacing or several hours sitting in CLR remover liquid. My bathroom sink faucet sprayed down but out sideways in both directions which was annoying and messy. Shower was the best working, good pressure. Kitchen not as bad, but needs work. At some point I would replace all the stove tops since electric with a flat glass inset and get rid of the old coil heating units which would also eliminate need for coil covers which were old and really really dated and rusty looking. A few more pots and pans and few dishes would also be much appreciated for travelers who want to cook a bit on their own while traveling. I carry my own action packer box with few items for use for cooking so I had what I wanted, but for those who rely on motel room supplies a little more thought into useful items appreciated.
Overall room, bathroom, kitchenette area clean. Bed was comfortable and slept well, with extra pillows and blanket if needed. TV worked well and liked the table and chairs in room. Gave me more space surface for working. Outside area with parking in front of door good. Traffic noise was minimal. I was in room towards back so did not bother me. While an older motel, this was what I was looking for as a one night stay. Price was good for my stay and would stay again when needed for a night or two. Usually when in area I stay for a week or longer and this is when I would reserve a short term rental property to fit my needs while in the area. I like the coffee set up in the kitchen area. Local coffee offered was good and a nice touch.

We stayed near the main street in town and travel noise was present.
Room was very clean. It is comfortable. It is not fancy but everything worked. We were looking for a place to sleep as we were visiting family in ther area.

Location close to main street. Liked having a kitchen to cook dinner, although needed dish cloths, tea towels and detergent. Did get when asked. It is an older motel but comfortable beds.

One of the rooms was a lot noisy (we had two rooms) and my daughter was a bit concerned on the ceiling tiles maybe falling over . Also she felt shower was too small. Beds were comfortable. Our room was cozy and just as expected. Also quieter.
No breakfast included. But donut place across the street was easy !

The AC used for hearing is extremely loud. But don't worry, the traffic from the main road is, too. So both nose sources will blend into each other, giving you a great cacophonic experience. The kitchenette in my room was actually unusable by itself, there were no pots and pans. The next morning i asked the reception for those, and got some right away. I was told people are frequently stealing those.... Sigh...
The location within Fredericksburg is great when you are on the road. The room had a kitchenette, and overall everything necessary for a short stay.

The AC unit was confusing to use, and I woke up cold. There was only one extra blanket which was thin, so my husband and I tried to share it. Also, the bathroom had some dark spots on the ceiling which appeared to be mold.
Great location and friendly staff who called me back at night to answer a question about the TV.

Beds were a bit old. The couch on in the living room was dirty but long enough to lay in.
