The shower was a full shower, not a tub, which is exactly what we wanted. However, the shower head was fixed and pointed out so that if the curtain was not fully touching the shower floor the spray would shoot out into the bathroom floor. This could not be adjusted. A simple fix could have been a shower want on a hose so that the direction could be adjusted. Also, the shower curtain was not secure and actually fell down once during a shower.

The location was close to where we needed to visit.

Decor is outdated - not modern or fancy- but the hotel and rooms are clean. The toiletries are too small and not good quality. I would love if they had new toiletries next time including qtips and makeup remover pads so I dont have to pack these. Ive seen them offered at other hotels and they come in a little package.

Good location near Lewis University. We always stay at this hotel when traveling to take our daughter to college. The hotel is clean and includes breakfast, and the price is very reasonable compared to other area hotels that are farther away. You can tell the housekeepers care about their work… beds always made and the presentation of the towels in the bathroom is appealing. Coffee and fruited ice water always available in the lobby!!!

I like the location. I love the Choice Hotels but I was a bit disappointed because there's no trash bin where the TV was. Only one trash bin located in the bathroom. The shower door doesn't close. It keeps sliding and water splash outside the shower door. These are fixable and hoping that the next client won't encounter these issues. Aside from that, the bed and pillows are perfect and no smell in the room.

I asked for them to fix the door which was loose in the part that's attached to the door and the bar slides into. They said they would, but didn't. I asked for towels, coffee and cups, they said they would, but I had to ask again, they had all day to deliver them and didn't.

Didn't like the fact, that I wasn't told that I had to let the front desk know if I wanted room service, I went without room service for three days in a row, total of 4 days out of seven. I should have been told this at check in for what I had to pay, and a seven stay.

The Breakfast was hot and very good, each day the items change. And there were different juices, and the pastry were outstanding, each day they were fresh and different.

When I arrived the staff member was very rude. She asked if she could "help me" I said I was checking in and she was very quick to tell me they were fully booked for the night. I made her aware that I had made a reservation prior days to arrival and repeated again that all rooms were booked. I stayed put until she decided to search for my reservation. One thing I can't stand is horrible hospitality.

The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The rates were convenient.

Our TV didn't work and the lady up front didn't know how to make it work. But did offer us a different room. We didn't move because we were only there one night and didn't feel like moving all of our stuff.

There was toilet paper left on the roll from the people before, it seemed a bit dirty, the air conditioner/fan made a horrible loud noise like a motor. I recorded the sound on video. It was hot in the room.

I didnt get to have the breakfast, but the bed was comfortable.

Very disappointing the website said hot breakfast and all we got was a brown bag with a breakfast sandwich. I paid for breakfast and I got a brown bag breakfast

The air filters in the ac unit were full of musty moldy dusty yuck. Made breathing difficult and the room smell bad. The tub floor was cracked and had a open spot. Fix those issues ... especially pulling the covers and cleaning all room units would be good !

The breakfast was non existent. Come on folks, you can’t use the pandemic for an excuse forever. Give us a real breakfast. The carpet in our room 215, was very soiled. We prefer clean carpets. We’re told that linens and towels would only be changed every third day. Not acceptable. At least change the towels each day. It would be nice to have a tv that doesn’t have a picture like it was made 15 years ago. It was not watchable.
