The hotel room was not very clean or comfortable. The bedding was very dingy as well as the curtains, which had holes in them. The bed sagged when you tried to sit down on it. It felt like there were bugs and germs in the room. When you shut the main light off in the room, it also shuts off the lights in the bathroom. The floor was very dirty , and it turned my daughters white socks black. The bed was so close to the dresser that the TV was sitting on, and so my daughter ended up hitting her head on the corner and getting hurt. The bathroom was not very clean either. There were bugs and hair in the shower. When you tried to take a shower, the water ran into the floor and never did get warm or hot. The kitchenette area didn't seem very clean either. Which caused me to change my mind about using the cooktop stove. The outside was just as bad. The walkways smelled like urine and had a lot of trash everywhere. Not only was there trash but tons of caps for needles. There was even poop in the walkway, and nothing was done about it. Had someone not overdosed on heroin in the room next to mine, I wouldn't have known that there was an elevator. (Which was not working) The exit signs were all hanging by a wire (literally. The day before we left and the day we left, they were trying to spray down the walkways and windows of the rooms. (The insides need to be cleaned badly)

I liked the that location was close to different places to eat and shop. I also liked how when I had an issue with the TV that the desk clerk came to help resolve it very quickly.

No towels, the room was not clean. I don't believe the sheets had not even been changed since the last guest. There were long stands of hair in the bed. We had to get more sheets and change them ourselves. Very dangerous due to covid. Thankfully we didn't get sick. We asked for towels and were given floor towels. My husband had to get really nasty with them to actually get towels. That's when the lady from the desk brought up brand new towels. One of the lamps didn't work. No remote control for the TV.

The loud noise and kids all day n night adults fighting and up all night most of the staff are well trained and do q good Job they need someone to better Manage it house keeps need to be cleaning get laundry done not visiting and in guess room to much plating not enough working they don't want to Gove you see help u with check in on discounts are 3rd party bookings I had to argue most of the time to get this discount n pice when I would pay fir the room every day then I went to getting rooms 2 days at time both tines they wanted to charge me again are say I didn't pay ar they made a mistake and sorry if u want to stay but need to pay .get receipts keep track of u cost

I didn't like the first room given. Even though the clerk tried to accommodate my disability, the room looked like a spare parts room. No fridge, no microwave, no remote for TV, no shower curtain, no rags, no mirror, no soap. Just a bed, TV, and a chair. The environment was very scary.

The price was affordable. The second room I received was better than the first.

As we drove into the parking lot we could see that it was somewhat trashy (Red flag). When we parked and got out of the car it was raining lightly and we were parked right next to a downspout. However there was no water coming out of the downspout. Instead the gutter was overflowing and splashing water on the walkway. The walkway and the stairways were really dirty. It would appear that they had not been swept for some time. The elevator was pout of order and appeared to have been so for quite a while. The room was fairly clean but the lavatory in the bathroom was partially off the wall and hanging at an angle so that nothing could be placed on it.

The initial appearance of the building was good. It looked like we had selected a reasonably decent motel.

Elevator smelled The non smoking room smelled like smoke. There were flies and gnats in the room (even after I killed many). Toilet ran often. Towels were dingy. Staff didn't wear masked but wouldn't service people who walked in without masks. No garbage can in room.

Very few "amenities" no toilet paper holder, plastic cups, shampoo/ conditioner. TV was in a very weird position to watch. One towel provided. Everything just a little run down in the room. My key card stopped working mid visit. Very loud guests, lots of weed smell everywhere.

They sent me to the wrong room the first time second time I didn't have no towels in my room and the front desk lady said that she's going to bring me two towels up and never did something needs to be done about that.
