The attitude of the GM when a complaint about the laundry facilities and some equipment in room being broke before us checking in and the human feces outside of our family's hotel room in the am from the homeless and it not getting cleaned up until the afternoon crew clocked in.

Blankets were very thin and there were no full size towels. Outlets were lose. Heater didn’t work very well.

Receptionist rude, key did not repeatedly work, bedcover covered with cigarette holes, sink dirty, broken toilet, shower head busted, did have bath towels. Disgusting outside cement walkways.

Most reasonable room rate in Denver/ Glendale area.

When I got here on Wednesday then they didn't have nothing right they have my stay for one tonight as I literally pay for four nights and I had to wait for so long to get upstairs I got here at 3:00 no I got here at like 2:45 I had to call booking and get them in on it it took them till all the way up to 6:00 to give me a room finally give me a room upstairs then here for 2 days Friday come around 9:00 in the morning I have some internet Spanish girl and Batman on my door like she's the police saying I need to vacate my room because I don't need paid for one day and I told her the system manager and agent from booking fixed it and she didn't want to hear nothing she wanted to kick me out of here.

I was finally left alone about my stay they find fixed it at the one day I went through some s*** and Friday morning I went through more crap

Horrifically dirty common areas and fairly unclean room inside ; had to get my own supplies and deep clean before being comfortable enough to relax. We stayed on the third floor , no working elevator which isn't that big of a deal for us but could definitely see it being an issue for future guests... all three stairwell landings' large trash cans were OVERflowing and left like that for a week or so before it was cleaned up. Staff leaves at 1130 pm they are not available 24 7 as they claim to be. Also this is a NO CASH FACILITY meaning CARD ONLY ig you show up late to check in and happen to only have cash you can basically get ****Ed and try your luck crashing in your car(if you're lucky enough to have one).

Not bothered much by housekeeping. Just went to them and asked for supplies/towels as needed which honestly I much prefer over being harassed by HK every single day (even sometimes multiple times/day... ) security measures have definitely improved since ownership changed. Feels significantly safer than it used to but still pretty sketchy; I'd say don't stay here if you don't have your "street smarts" about you, //stay away if you know you are lacking in common sense.

Dirty,unsafe,night clerk was walking around building and was not in the office I had to wait 1 hour to check in.Stairwell was littered with food

Homeless guy with a knife was sleeping in the stairwell with his guy friend. Room was dirty.Remote controll was broken.

I didn't like it because they kept my $100 that was supposed to go back for deposit but they charged me for another day with it I don't know what they did but they kept my money

Bedroom was dirty, lots of spray in the walls of random things. Didn't have a curtain in the shower but got one right away. The surrounds and people aroud were kinda sketchy.

This hotel has really been let go, poor maintenance overall. Looks like it hasn't been renovated in decades. The floor in the bathroom is uneven and sagging. No towels in the bathroom either. Everything is just old and in poor condition, basically what I'd expect from a slumlord. It appeared clean on the surface, but still felt icky. Stairwells are stained with food or other fluids, and just overall dirty and unkempt.

It had a bed, fridge, kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. It's located centrally in Denver, very close to a grocery store (King Soopers).

The police that patrolled the property were very rude and almost aggressive for no reason at all. And also I never got my $100 deposit back in my account.

Our plane was delayed and the office was closed by the time we got there. We had to sleep in our car in the parking lot until it opened at 7. The next night, we got back from a concert and the keys to our room didn’t work. Finally found someone to help after pounding on the boiler room door. Early the next morning, a man (assuming housekeeping) opened up our door and tried to come in despite us saying we were in there and sleeping. We asked him to come back 3 times within 15 minutes.
