Room clean but worn and needs refinishing. Drive way, entry, lobby all worn and showing age. Not worth the rate I paid. Seemed to be used mostly be out of town contractors.

Have to say the rooms were clean but definitely needs to be updated and remodeled. My room had cracks to ceiling and walls, water damage and needs a new coat of paint

Was unable to eat the free breakfast for I had to leave to work before breakfast was put out. Be a lot better if at least comptermy breakfast like pastries was available at 5am and then the hot breakfast at 630am

The light in the first room kept coming on suddenly at night by itself and the room phone didn’t work . However the lady’s at the front desk was very nice and upgraded my room at no extra charge. The new room was bigger but the toilet in the room well one of them didn’t flush and the bathroom tub we couldn’t use the knob was broken . So my family and I had to use the same bathroom tub to shower .

I had requested an early check in when I arrived at 1 pm I was told at first I would have to pay $45 for each room for an early check in. When I said I would pay the fee I was told I couldn't have an early check in because they had no clean rooms. I asked how long it would take to get one clean room so we could put our luggage in it I was told to check back after 2 pm . It's my opinion that this property is very poorly managed. I have over 20 years in the hospitality field and I have never experienced this degree of not trying to accommodate the guest. And I had booked on line so they knew they wouldn't have to refund me . The property was very run down . Other than the manager on duties poor attitude the rest of the staff where friendly enough

They did have a small breakfast bar didn't eat there because it was very crowded. I did receive two ajoining rooms as I had requested

The breakfast we terrible. Just some waffles if you got there before they were all gone and cereal and toast. I also didn’t like how far it was to be able to get to any of the rooms.

I loved how high our family room was. It was plenty spacious for my family of 7.

The hallways were very old & a bit musty. I turned on the heat and an alarm went off. When I got it turned off, a bad smell filled the room. Staff explained that the heat smells for a short time after it’s turned on, but the odor is not toxic. That was inconvenient.

The location was close to shopping areas & restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. My granddaughter liked the pool!

The pool water was dirty and in the exercise room the ceiling had a leak in it and the bathroom had plumbing issues. The Original room that we were in had signs of bed bugs in it

The pool was not open during our stay and we were disappointed. :-( We would have stayed at a different hotel to have access to a pool. It might have been nice to offer a business center with a printer for folks who are here for work.

Overall, the room was comfortable for the price. The prices are affordable for what you get. We had a suite so we liked the size of the room and the extra bathroom was a plus in the morning (when trying to get ready for the conference we were attending). There were also two desks and the WiFi was working fine. We were able to get work done from the hotel. We also had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff were nice. When we checked in the staff at the front desk offered to print something for us. The breakfast was free which included options like: breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, waffles, and juice. There was also free parking and we could view the parking lot from the room. The hotel was safe. This was not the most upscale hotel but for the price it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a business trip. The room size was also large which we appreciated.

The facility looks old. As you drive up, there was an obvious roof structure problem. I understand that was a new problem, so hopefully, that is taken care of quickly. The rest of the place looks worn. Trash on the grounds, including an old tire in the parking lot. Inside the tiles on the floor in front of the front desk were loose and sounded crunchy. I have stayed before, and I realise it is an older building, but this facility really needs a lot of work. The carpets in the halls and the rooms need cleaning. Old plastic cup behind a table, but still visable. The Tv remote was getting worn. The volume worked sometimes.I normally do not nit pick, but I was truly disappointed.I probably will not stay again. I usually spend 2 or more nights in Kokomo every year. I want to emphasize that the staff was really good, and I assume the issues are because the owners are pinching pennies.

The staff was great. I had a jacuzzi tub, and there was plenty of hot water.

The rooms, parking was roped off, we thought they we closed. Bad hallways, curtains, showers walls, carpet. I loved the bed and the water in the shower. Breakfast was good, nice room.

The bed was great!! Needs to get renovated though, Broken things and dirty couch and floors , run down.
