There was one group of women that used the entry way library room to meet and were there for a prolonged time multiple times during our two day stay. The room was vacant at one point so I and a friend sat in that area to talk. The same group of women came back and promptly sat in the chairs surrounding us so we had to get up and leave. Extremely rude and maybe something the staff could have monitored.

Breakfast went well. The food was excellent. The service staff was very friendly.

phone buttons were not labeled so had to use my own phone to contact desk. Desk person didn't know which buttons were for front desk. Could not reset the clock after power went off due to storm. Tv not working due to storm. Never did.

Breakfast is always good. I always stay at this hotel when on my way to Illinois. Have always found it excellent until this time.

Had to request housekeeping services. Requested extra blankets and a roll away bed twice. Never got the blankets.

Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and good coffee available all the time. Plenty of towels, pillows and wash cloths.

Poor maintenance, privacy curtains were not attached to curtain rod, shower tub did not drain properly, shower curtain did not close correctly, sheer curtain was torn and dirty. Left comment card with associate.

Booking.com never sent a reservation to the motel so we were told we had no room reserved. Staff was helpful but we had to contact booking.com ourselves and talk to someone who could remedy the situation and they had to speak to the manager of the hotel. We ended up canceling our reservation with booking.com and reserving a room at the hotel ourselves. Thankfully they had a room available. It was very time consuming and we were very tired after a long drive. I’m not sure I will use booking.com in the future

How when I enter the room there was nothing plug in , the floors was half vuccm ( I found a old curly fry from the previous guess under the desk area) , the stopper to the tub was left on the floor 🙄

Door to pool apparently permanently broken/non functional. A different breakfast once in a while or ability to add our own toppings to eggs would be appreciated

We were not aware that they were remodeling. Also the fire panel kept beeping the entire stay.

Breakfast was hot and had a good variety. The server went out of the way to track down a hot cocoa packet for my son when his siblings took the last ones. The pool was great for our family and the hot tub was functional.

Parking is a problem. We had 3 women, me, my daughter and my teenage granddaughter. We arrived late, so we didn't get a parking spot in the front or on the sides, so we had to park in the lot out back. The parking lot was very dark, and I felt very insecure. More lighting would make it feel a little more safe.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, the lobby was inviting. Very pleasant stay.

Bedroom night stands and dresser were dusty/dirty. Mattress really uncomfortable, bathroom not super clean. Hallway smelled like smoke.

They only offer two very very small pillows per person in the bed. When requesting more pillows they denied. We need more pillows.
