You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was basically breakfast snacks: green apples, oatmeal, and muffins. There was no heat so the nights were really cold, some of the gym equipment didn't work, the hallways smelled funny, the room I originally stayed in had bed bugs, and the toilet's water pressure was low so flush twice and only use five sheets at a time,
The host/ receptionist were kind. They were able to switch rooms for me without conflict.

United States of AmericaNo housekeeping during my stay, the room had an odd smell, the table must have been recently painted because it left brown marks on my clothing and hands, although there was no sign specifying it, nor was I informed of it, had issues with the shower regarding the hot water and pressure, the elevator and room phone stopped work on my last day and when I informed the front desk person she did not seem concerned or sorry about it, although she was generally very friendly.
The only ok things were the service and location

United States of AmericaElevator a little sketchy. First room we were in, toilet stopped working. Immediately went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. We left and came back later that day and went to our new room and found a dead roach in the bathroom. Shower water pressure was weak, but manageable.
Location was great. Parking was cheaper than the places we would have had to park at and the parking garage was not connected to the hotel, but it was across the street. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe elevator was broken on the day of my stay and we had to walk up to the 6th floor to get to our room. This was wildly inconvienent but I guess it helped me get some cardio in that day. The decor is a little dated.
The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the small balcony was an added bonus. Great location and easy walk to Centennial Park and other downtown attractions

United States of AmericaBoth front desk clerks basically told me I was lying when I said there was only a sheet on the bed and no comforter. When the female clerk FINALLY brought a comforter, after calling THREE times, at 12:00 MIDNIGHT, the comforter was paper thin and basically a table cloth. The parking was across the street and I had to park on the fourth floor. The elevator to the parking was not working. We had to drag our suitcases up and down four levels of stairs by hand. The stairs were littered with trash and nasty looking, smelling as well. I was with my 14 year old son. The parking area was not safe looking.
Male front desk clerk was nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe hot water took a good 15 min to heat up. Beds were as hard as a rock. Room could’ve been cleaner. There was no breakfast. No fridge and no microwave. Oh and we were on the 7th floor and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry out stuff down 7 flights of stairs. The front desk worker wasn’t friendly at all.
The location was on point as it was close to a lot and within walking distance of the State Farm arena for the concert we were going to.

United States of AmericaSeveral things were not to my liking, the carpeting in my room was old and stained in several places, the coffee maker and desk lamp did not work, the shower curtain was torn in several places, and the bed squeaked, keeping me up most of the night. The gym had broken universal equipment and the TV in the gym didn't work.
Location - the location of the hotel was close to the venue I was attending. Both treadmills worked in the Gym.
