The staff was odd. They weren’t rude or anything, but they seemed distracted, and not really engaging in customer service. For example: I was assigned a room and when I opened it there were clothes on the floor and I heard a voice from inside saying, “hello?” I was mortified, but when I went back to the front desk, they didn’t seem bothered by it and just gave me a new room. When I went to that room, about 2 minutes later, someone opened our door! Again, not bothered by it. We were told about the welcome cocktail from the front desk, but weren’t actually offered it. We went to the bar and asked and they told us we needed to go to the front desk to get it…again, super weird and disconnected from the customer service part of things. All in all though, the hotel was clean, conveniently located near the parks and was a good value, so I wasn’t unhappy with the stay.

I like that they have made the property look a little more chic and modern than your typical hotel of this value.

pretty much nothing. just think the parking is too expensive considering the price we already pay for the room.

The location is excellent, all you need is walking distance, including Disneyland. The hotel is clean, looks like brand new, the room is very comfortable and modern. We really had a good time.

Expensive parking, but parking lot was just behind the hotel and felt safe.

Arrived at 1 pm after a long day and evening at Disneyland. Easy to check in and park the car etc. Nice that the front desk was staffed 24h. The location close to the park was very convenient. Room was fresh and clean, beds super comfortable!

I can't think of anything that we did not like. Our stay was very comfortable. We would come back again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy. Even though we were on the ground floor, the room was quiet. We included breakfast and it was hot, fresh and cooked to order. If you are going to Disneyland, Hotel Lulu is only a short walk to the gates. Very conveniently located. I really liked the mid-century modern vibe.

The bathroom was clean but their toilet flush was like a volcano erupting. We had to keep the toilet seat cover down when flushing so we wouldn’t get hit by toilet water. Not sure if this was the same for all rooms.

Location was perfect for a trip to Disney.

Nice to have the pool open until late 10 pm; Pity not the one with Disney fireworks show view as I expected, while good to have a pool view instead.

The room above us was stomping around a bit when we were trying to sleep.

The room was comfy and it was a great stay. It was quick and easy to get checked in and out.

The hot water took a long time to heat up for a shower.

I found the bed to be uncomfortable and the parking fees were high.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice. It was a short 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland.

Pillows were not very comfortable for me. Mini fridge didn't quite fit where it was, so it was difficult to open and close the fridge door. No complimentary breakfast.

Close enough to walk to Disneyland. There is also a parking lot behind the hotel where you can get dropped off by a bus from Disneyland. Free complimentary cocktails each night for adults is a nice touch! We also had a view of the fireworks from our room. Mini fridge included.

I would not get a room next to the exit door and elevator on the 1st floor. Very noisy. We didnt get any rest until after 2am. Then kids screaming a curdling scream early. Guests dont concern themselves to be considerate to other guests.

The ridiculous cost! The room was like any of the others we had stayed in during the week that had charged, on average $100. You, same accomodations, 3 times the price. NO brew coffee in the room. NO bellman help with bag's. NO hot tub. Why so expensive?

The refresher drink when checking in. The free parking while visiting. The breakfast dining experience. Our room was clean.

We loved the proximity to Disneyland and the lobby, and our rooms were very clean. The café breakfasts were delicious.
