You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFitness room is a waste of space. Tiny with some barbells. Pool wasn’t heated or at least it didn’t feel heated with ambient air temp at 64F. Just a bit run down around the edges. Wear and tear that has not been taken care but only if you were looking.
It’s perfect walking distance to Disney and various food options and cvs/walmart. Rooms were quiet. Staff was great

United States of AmericaPool was shaded over by 2pm. There’s a small bar with about 4-5 bar stools at the back of the restaurant but it’s not a hotel bar scene like at some other hotels. It’s just a place where you can get a drink if you wanted to. Parking is $30/day.
It’s not the closest hotel but you can walk to & from Disneyland. The rooms are big. There is a microwave & fridge in the room. There’s a 24hr IHop next to hotel & a Walgreens next to the IHop.

United States of AmericaThe halls feels very humid. The doors are unbearable when it comes to unlocking/opening. I thought it was just last time we would have that issue but seems like its all doors. The lighting in the bathroom is awful so if they could upgrade that. The small fridges do not work so if you have small kids and trying to keep milk or something cold, don’t even try.
The location is great from Disneyland. We usually walk when we stay here. This is out second time staying here, a year apart. My room was missing the desk chair and the staff brought me one within a couple hours. The AC worked well. The showers heated up really quickly. The bathroom sink was deep which helped when we would wash our baby’s bottles.

United States of AmericaThis is an aging hotel and it showed. The smell of the lobby was "funky" not quite sure how to describe it, but it was not pleasant. Our room had a few issues. The drain of the shower was plugged so when we showered we had an issue (after telling the front desk they quickly remedied the problem), the faucet to the sink was not working properly so we only had half pressure, the hair dryer was terrible (had no blow to it), there were no luggage racks to place our suitcases on and had to call the front desk twice to get them brought to our room, and the cleanliness was not the greatest. It needs a deep cleaning desperately. I did not feel like it was not cleaned, but the grout in the tile had not been cleaned in a very long time, and there was mold along the shower seams. I completely agree with no need for housekeeping every day, but if that is the case, for heavens sake, give us a larger garbage can. A gallon sized can only holds 2 water bottles. When we asked for garbage service nobody ever came.
The staff was very friendly. When we had a problem, they were very quick to take care of it. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and plenty of pillows to choose from. The location was very close to the park.

United States of AmericaCompared to the first time, staying in the south tower compared to the north tower was a huge let down. As soon as we exited the elevator on the fourth floor you can see the blue painters tape on the walls around the art and signs as well as a ton of spackled areas on the walls all along the hallway. The first time I stayed in the north tower and everything was fantastic so this time was a hit of am aesthetic bummer.
This was our second time staying at Hotwl Lulu and we liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were and the space of the room. The location was perfect for Disney and it was perfect just for staying there after Disney.
