It wasn't the most comfortable. It would have been nice to have the kitchen area for a longer stay, but we didn't need it for our purposes.

We mainly stayed here because of the location and didn't spend much time in the hotel.

Breakfast was just individually wrapped muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal and the coffee machine was broken. The beds just had two cheap pillows and a very thin blanket. One of the worst nights sleep I've had at a hotel.

I accidentally left my iPhone charger plugged into an outlet in the room we were staying in once I realized I had left it I went back to retrieve it and was advised by the front desk staff it had not been turned it.

The fire alarm that went off for over an hour causing the elevators not to work, causing me to have to carry all our luggage down the stairs (5-6 trips) to check out.

Hated the Bathroom, especially the bath, yukey and out dated. Toilet very loud flush, it scared me the first time I heard it.

I liked my room, it was comfortable, and had lots of cabinet space. The Laundry room was nice and clean, staff was pleasant.

Key pads to get into building did not work had to wait til someone was leaving Pillows were flat as pancakes Marijuana smell throughout hotel in hallways and when running exhaust fan in bathroom it free marijuana fumes into room giving us headaches Staff new about it said they asked him to leave Website said breakfast no breakfast Getting to hotel was difficult was on main st by plaza but over priced for this hotel a lot of transients and sketchy people living there did not feel safe

The floor was VERY sticky in my room and it didn’t seem like the best of neighborhood to no have a gated parking area. Saw a couple cars with windows busted out down the block and the view from our room was a trashed little area with graffiti all over. I payed over $200 for this room that felt like a $20 room.

Door slamming & loud hallway conversation into the wee hours. People holding the elevator so long you take the stairs instead. Weak breakfast options. Almost nothing provided.

Clerk was in the phone, while it was on speaker the person calling used a lot of profanity. Clerk continued conversation disrespecting the customers in the lobby by ignoring them until call ended.

The hotel is in rough shape. Our room was clean for the most part. The positives of the room were towels were soft water pressure was strong and the toilet paper was really good. There were quite a few questionable looking people in the parking lot and our room was right next to an area where multiple people all night long were smoking either cigarettes or marijuana that drifted into our room with the air conditioning on. I did not feel safe letting my 13 year old daughter walk around alone. And the breakfast was pretty much non-existent. It was prepackaged muffins granola bars and coffee.

The location of the hotel was great. It was one block away from a really nice park with walking path and fountains. It was three blocks away from the country club shopping area. Close to a couple churches and starbucks.
