No pool or hot tub because that’s specifically why I chose to stay there.

The people were great and so was the food and location and value and I will likely return. However, I specifically chose a hotel with a pool and even had Booking.com call and verify the pool was open but I was told it wasn’t but would be the next day. I had invited my cousin to swim and again the pool was inoperable.

The bumping and running above me was a nuisance. Smoke detector kept falling from the secure holding case and would hang until I informed management about it twice on Friday night. It happened again on Saturday, so I didn't even bother to say anything. When I arrived on Friday, the main lobby and hallway had a moldy, old river water like smell, and it was unpleasant. I said something to the desk clerk David about it later that evening, and he said they had 4 days of rain, so the system in the back was the reason for the smell. The carpet and curtains in the room need a serious upgrade. The bathroom door is hard to close. Everything else was fine.

The sheets were super soft and clean. That was a NICE surprise. The granite bathroom counter and sink was beautiful too. Toilet was nice as well. The fridge was a nice size and so was the TV.

Bathroom was tiny. Terrible outlets. The plugs they had were in lamps and very loose. No USB plug ins.

Ended up with what I believe to be mild food poisoning from the breakfast. Me and the public bathrooms became friends after eating breakfast here and leaving. During booking I called to make sure the pool was available, Your call center confirmed it did. Upon arrival the sign stated the pool was out of order. Very disappointed, my special needs daughter was extremely unhappy when she seen the pool and was told we could not use it. It was one of the main reasons for picking this establishment. Your call center clearly needs better information then what they had to tell me that day!

Location was easy to find. Staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast looked good.

Found a long hair on my hand towel. Trim was loose around bathroom door. Miscellaneous bed frame pieces sitting in hall. Chrome cover for tissue dispenser wouldn’t stay in place. Several light bulbs burned out in light fixtures.

The pool was cloudy and the chemical smell was strong had to open the door. We swam for maybe 20 mins due to getting a headache

Breakfast time too short. Slept in after late concert. There was NOTHING there at 9:10.

Lots of people outside smoking. Inside of hotel smelled like smoke. Sunday breakfast ended at 9am, too early for most people

Room condition- Some leftover scraps on the ground (gum wrappers, bandaid papers), dent on lampshade, rips in the shower curtain, outlets would not hold plugs

Well unfortunately I don't like spending money and this place was cheaper than everywhere else but I still don't like having to spend money but that's not the hotels fault lol.

Staff was great and respectful and treated us nice.

Although breakfast supposedly began only ten minutes before I got there, the sausages were done and selection of some other cold items was poor or there were gaps that had not been replenished. (To be fair, it seemed that the desk clerk was also responsible for this area, and he was also handling phone calls, etc.)

Location off a major road connecting to I-57 was convenient. They are renovating--the bathroom floor was freshly tiled, and they had recently replaced the toilets: there was a pile of old toilets on the back lawn! Fresh paint job in the room. (no paint odour problem, though) Seemed clean. Good Wi-Fi for a zoom meeting. Quiet.

The patch work on the bathroom door from where someone had punched holes in it. They had just taped pieces of wood over them. The remote didn't work. Even after the front desk changed it. Pool was very cloudy. Didn't offer upgrade either at check in.

Close to everything and wasn't expensive. Breakfast was slim but good.

it was a bit run down, some of the flooring needed to be replaced, the bathroom door in our room needed to be replaced as well. this hotel is past due for an update

The guy checking us in seemed to have to do everything. He was vacuuming and very helpful getting our TV to work in room and lobby. Even took our picture for us all allwhile playing cards in lobby.

Larger bathroom.

Location easy to find. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and contained enough furniture. Refrigerator was a useful item.
