In our initial room after being in the room for only 30 minutes we killed 4 roaches. I was extremely pissed after being on the road and was ready to relax. I was afraid to take the roaches home. I notified the front desk person who apologized but advised they did not have anything comparable to our room available. We had to drag all of our luggage back to the car. We slept in our clothes and on top of the bedding with two lights on. The next day I was moved to a different room. The new room was bug free, but there hairs on the bathroom floor and towels. I did not care because I brought my own towels and at least I did not see one roach in the new room after staying for a week. The place looks really clean and I can tell the staff makes efforts to keep the place clean. The gym, laundry facility and pool area was clean. I also suggest a change machine be provided in the laundry room.

Breakfast is good, they have waffles, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, tea, juice, coffee and milk. They also had biscuits and gravy, cheese omelettes and sausage links. Everything you need to have a decent breakfast, this saved us about $30 per day since we did not have to purchase breakfast and snacks. They also had complimentary lemon water in the lobby. I also liked that the staff refreshed the rooms daily with towels and removed trash.

It is a little hard to get too, luckily we have stayed there before and have learned how to maneuver over to it.

The pool was way too cool for the grandkids to use. That was a disappointment. The pool was one if the reasons we chose hotel vs vrbo.

Needed 3 rooms for family for Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate all of us together on same floor. It was clean, had good beds, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for us since it was close to my mother's assisted living facility.

Robin at the front desk rocks! We found a bed bug and took a picture and didn’t want a big deal just to be moved and Robin moved our rooms then upon check out they refunded my money. As someone who travels a lot for sports, the customer service was top notch! They asked were we ok and even paid for us to wash our blankets there. I will still be back to the location to stay even after this small issue.

We had to change rooms due to a squeaky air conditioner. The clerk was very nice and this wasn’t too inconvenient. Our next room did not have enough toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk and ask for some. That was kind of inconvenient. The smoke detector flashed intermittently and because I sleep so lightly, it disturbed my sleep. My husband didn’t notice it.

The property was pretty and well maintained. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear the other guests at all! Our room was pretty and spacious. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was PACKED in the morning. Everyone fighting over whatever food remained. I wasn’t there late either, like 8am.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t hear the people next door through the wall . The young gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we’d request towels.
