A clean room would be nice. We had cobwebs, a very filthy carpet, toilet base was dirty, air conditioner/heater screens were filthy, etc. etc. Also, just about every morning there was vomit in the parking spaces.

Something sticky on the floor in the restroom. Looked like dog crap but it wasn't. The outlet for the television didn't work so my husband scooted the chest of drawers over to use the outlet at the table. Beds are very hard. Residents near us smoked pot ALL THE TIME. A pool would be a great addition.

Great location. I like the fact that we had a refrigerator and microwave although the microwave was very stained.

The room was a little dated - the bathroom could be touched up a bit (the shower curtin rod was rusty, the tops of the walls in the shower needed to be cleaned a little better). The bed sheets weren't the best. The room had a small kitchen with apartment size refrigerator and when we opened the door, it started making a clicking and it never stopped. Not sure what happened but it was very annoying especially at night.

The room had plenty of space for 2 people. Beds/Matress was ok - a little lumpy but the pillows were great! The towels were very nice as well.

The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows The floors were polished yet not swept. The bathroom was not clean with old fixtures with rust

It's not that we didn't like anything it's just that it was only standards nothing special no perks not a very exciting breakfast and the desk people were just kind of blah

Could not get a clerk for over 15 minutes. Went to look for someone. Couldn't not find anyone. Used the emergency phone outside and was told she had never left the office....(She wasn't aware that I had walked all the way to the back of the office, past the bathroom and the supply room thinking she may have been hurt and saw no one) Then she charged me for a room II had already paid for on Booking.com. because she said she didn't see it on her site.

Kitchen cabinets and freezer were filthy!! No coffee maker or any utensils.

Our room had not been cleaned. The staff at Extended stay could not have been nicer and since there were no other rooms available offered to refund our money and find another room in the area. I have gotten nothing but kindness and helpfulness from Extended Stay. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Booking.com about getting our refund. I am hopeful I will receive it and hope to get a response from Booking.com.

The non-smoking room reaked of cigarette smell. The sink in the bathroom had a big blob of toothpaste in it. One corner of the room smelled like urine.

The desk staff were very good. They were helpful and friendly.

i didn’t like that the utensils and bowls plates cups etc weren’t already in the room you had to ask for them. someone tried getting i to our room the first night here. We had ants and spiders in our room and the beds were very uncomfortable.
