Rooms were gross. Our room still had trash in it, and was full of Nats. There were holes in the walls. The room had a mildew smell to it. Front desk worker was rude. Not worth the price.

Checked in around 5 pm on 10/14 and had to call and wait for the front desk employee to arrive, along with about 4 other customers waiting. My card on booking.com was expired so the employee that checked us in swiped my card, but was still having computer issues. So he told me to expect a phone call the next day. The room itself was way below average and not worth $120 for one night. The next morning, 10/15, I missed the phone call because we were out late at a concert at The Wharf. So the dayshift employee came to our room and BEAT, not knocked, but BEAT on the door as we were sleeping. Just to tell us that we needed to come physically check out, an hour before check out time. Then when I went to check out, she couldn’t be bothered to even get off of her phone call, talking and laughing with the person on the phone the whole time. It was over all very rude and unprofessional behavior. Will not be staying here again.

It was old and it took us three tries to get a room that was clean and air worked. Overall a horrible experience . Wish I could get a refund.

We did not stay. The first room had roaches and then the second room they moved us to had bugs, mold on the comforter and on the dresser. There a huge spot of some on the sheet of the bed. We wound up having to leave and go all the way back home. I didn't have enough money to rent another room somewhere else. This was a horrible experience for us. Therefore, we had no vacation.

My stay was terrible from the moment I checked in. The pictures that are on the website does no justice. The first room I stayed in air wasn't working. I contacted front desk. It took them about 30 minutes to come. Then when they arrived, and this was management came. Management tried to tell me the air felt fine when I asked them to switch to another room. So they finally did. Got to that room. Air was good but had a leak in the ceiling with a garbage can there to catch the water. Also had a humidifier in there because the room smelled like mildew and shower didn't work. Went to breakfast they didn't keep the food and coffee replenished to a steady pace due to the amount of guest coming in back to back. And I guess the front desk attendant was also the breakfast attendant. Which I thought was very unusual. And every time someone let her knew that it was low on certain items on breakfast bar she was sitting at the front desk with her feet propped up on her cellphone. I had to constantly dump the water out the bottom of the humidifier myself. This place almost makes me never want to stay at another quality inn. But I know all of them are not the same. I've worked in hospitality before. And that hotel is unacceptable. Every guest I talked to during my stay had a complaint. They must pay the health department/ inspector off. Because everything I seen wrong should not pass inspection. That place should be condemned. Booking. Com need to delete them off your website.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the other guest that I talked to. And it was convenient to stores shopping areas and gas stations. Other than that nothing at all.

My toilet was not clean there was hair on the floor and what I really hate was while watching TV a roach crawled across the tv. The drapes had some type of white stuff on them and last the price was too high for the room not being cleaned properly. Oh and the pillows on the bed where very small and uncomfortable.

The rooms was absolutely disgusting! There was dead and live cockroaches all over the place. We never got clean linens and the television also didn’t work! When they were made aware of the issues they just said to rate the stay on the website!

The hotel...it was dirty. There was mold, mildew, dirt, water leaks, stained and tattered comforter, rust, etc. This place was horrible. It wreaked of smoke. It didn't feel clean nor was it sanitary. My child became sick and we checked out early.. I only stayed because there was no where else.. I am highly disappointed..midshift worker was ok, overnight worker was super rude.

I liked how convenient it was to everything.

Well I guess it may have been some sports event and there were a lot of kids and it was super loud up until about 4 in the morning and what grossed me out the most was the roaches that was dead on the floor and one was crawling on the headboard and it needs some tender loving care lamps were very dusty but other than that the room was clean

The breakfast was pretty good. The bed in my room was very soft and comfortable.
