The electricity in room was horrible. The closet door had handles installed inside unit instead of outside. Toilet paper holder was out of wall.

Pretty sketchy looking hotel at night, not much lighting outside or inside, room wasn’t too inviting. Coffee pot still had water in it, the door in the bathroom gets stuck on the toilet every time you open it, and the light took a few seconds to function (loudly). The refrigerator even froze a canned drink overnight. The bedding had multiple BURN holes in them, we are overall kinda disappointed, but it was pretty quiet which was nice, and the included breakfast was also nice.

That you couldn’t close the bathroom door because it hit the toilet. Went to front desk he came to check but that was it. Stayed the second night with the same problem.

I didn't like that the room had sand, it seemed that the floor had not been cleaned and the bed is very hard, in addition to the fact that the couch bed was full of mold and very dirty.

It is great that it is close to a mall and not far from the beach

It was an inexpensive hotel rate, so we weren't expecting a 5-star place. We wouldn't stay here with our kids - but this trip it was just my husband and me, so it was fine. We just needed a hotel to get to the beach earlier the next day. But hardly anyone was ever at the front desk for questions, and when we checked in, the attendant made us wait about 5 minutes while she counted money. :-( Place was lacking customer service skills for sure.

My stay began to be comfortable until seeing dead bugs behind the drawers of the room. The shower curtain was molded and the small refrig, the wood was mad rotten underneath. I also had midnight staff to try to enter my room at 12 am at night. Staff stated that she thought my room was empty/ not occupied. I was very angry that night and the next day as she apologized that she did what she did. Who checks a room at night? They are not sppose to do that at all. I will be going back to Foley, but I don't think I'll be going back to this hotel.

The bathroom toilet was gross. The room smelt like mold. Also only having one plug in by the bed sucks.

The bathroom was dirty with dead bugs. Toilet paper dispenser fell out the wall. Fixtures were rusty. No USB plug ins anywhere in the room. This place was not worth $179/night. Maybe $60 at most.

Housekeeping needs to be better. They never swept the floors and we had to always ask for clean towels. There was a hole in the wall which should’ve been fixed.

It was a great location. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

The housekeeping didn't clean our room. We didn't get clean towels. The personnel personal phone call was more important than checking us in. They were unprofessional and unfriendly.

I liked the location. I like that I got the upstairs room that I asked for. It was fairly quiet.
