Letting people do these supposed orders and potential areas of identity theft and fraud that can be committed and the hold on my debit card for a room that wasn't explained in full and was highly misleading which would acquire outside inspections from the state and government.

It was in a nice location, and the workers were pretty cool. The other issues is for someone who owns and runs this business not someone trying to be a business owner and they are failing. Can't be me or the Hilton's.

There are no amenities such as coffee or juices in the morning. Even though it says they do provide it The vending machine is completely broken, so you are unable to get anything other than ice at the location...

The size of the room was very spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The price could not be better for a nice king size room.

When I called and asked if they had free breakfast he said no, but we will have coffee. So in the morning when we got up my parents went down for coffee they said they don't have coffee.. So they were very disappointed.

Overall, the hotel certainly needs more upgrades. The lobby area is not welcoming. Mostly, guests receive the bare minimum expected - such as the cleanliness was acceptable. However, no coffee anywhere. Not even a microwave in my room. Bare bones in regards to hospitality. Again, the staff was pleasant - the lacking in conditions is not their fault.

Staff was pleasant. The shower and toilet room were good. The cleanliness was decent, considering the wear and tear of the building.

Our room had no towels, I went to the front desk to get towels which isn’t a major deal but it was something that could’ve been avoided. I was also hoping that once we had the towels that housekeeping would change them out the next day, unfortunately that did not happen. The shower in our bathroom had a horrible time draining so you’d have to wait about an hour after you showered before the water drained. Although there was wifi you could not connect the tv to it, which you need to do in order to utilize the tv as there was no cable and the wifi was so spotty that our phones would only connect for less than a minute before the connection dropped. Most people will say “you get what you pay for” but I have paid far cheaper and gotten better. All we needed was the bare minimum but unfortunately this hotel fell short.

Our room was clean (there was what appeared to be dip n dots spilled in the ac unit but other than that it was clean!)

It could've been cleaner, but they were low on staff so it could've been worse. Rips in the bed sheets and some stains but they were clean and washed. There was hair on the shower wall and only half of the shower head worked. The water was warm though.

It was a close drive to our concert venue in the city and the staff was nice. The room didn't smell like anything strange which is good, and there weren't any bugs.

No tv remote, but they did bring up after we called. No towels or washcloths. They brought up towels after we called, but no washcloths. The hairdryer did not work. There was no coffee in the lobby as the site said there would be. When I asked for a receipt when checking out I was told I couldn't be given a paper receipt. I don't normally like to complain, but this was a lot. I hope these issues are addressed.

The comforter had weird stains. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke from the first floor to the fourth floor. Barely any hot water for a shower. It was not the most cleanly hotel I've stayed at. It could have been better.

Water pressure was decent. Parking was alright.

Could not connect to internet, no wash cloths in the room, no cups, no bags for the ice bucket, the hallways had a terrible odor, vending machine was broken so front desk charges 1.50 for a can of pop, bed was solid as a rock. My boyfriend and I both agreed we will not stay there again.
