Toilet was very short and the bathroom door made a creaking noise when opened or closed

I got constant texts! First, I got 2 different texts asking me if I wanted to check in hours before we even arrived at the hotel! Then I kept getting texts after we arrived. How was this... how was that?! Then I woke up to texts asking if I wanted to have a later checkout time. After we checked out they still kept texting me about stupid things.... I finally blocked the number. Oh, and in the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and saw a paper slid under the door. No, I don't want to join your little points club...

Breakfast was great... I had a fresh waffle and Greek yogurt. Room was fine.

A young man ( employee) came in the breakfast room as another guest was just getting there for his breakfast. The young man started pulling all items, turning off appliances, pulling food items while the lady ( employee) let the other guest know there was 4 minutes left of breakfast time. Juice machine turned off, breads pulled. 4 minutes is 4 minutes. On a Sunday morning a lot of people don’t start they day as early, especially after a late start football game as I imagine most of the guests were there for that reason. However if everything states breakfast is until 10, leave it out until that time. That one thing/employee made my rating go down.

Was expensive, reserved a handicap accessible room which showed a walk in shower but it was not and the breakfast made us both feel sick

I do wish there was outside security monitoring cars because there was a dog out in one of the cars while I was there by the time I finally noticed it it was checkout time so my family said it was pointless and telling you, but I think security and car monitoring should be a thing

staff, facilities, breakfast & cleanliness all wildly exceeded expectations. my one compliant is that the hotel seemed fairly empty the night of our stay 11/27-11/27) but they put some people in the room directly above ours (214) who stomped around in cowboy boots until 9pm then stayed up again about 4:30am. it seems like it would be better to stagger occupancy if there is room. otherwise I would have rated 10 stars. thank you

PTAC unit ran constantly. Was a little loud. Coffee cups at breakfast were too small. Should offer different sizes. Bathroom did not have exhaust fan.

Big room. Hot tub/pool was good. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Easy on/off highway. Ten minute drive to univ. Of Oregon.

nothing to dislike, really. it met our expectations. rooms are very expensive right now so glad there were no problems.

breakfast was fine. location good. we stopped in cottage grove but could not find a room and after checking online booked the room in creswell. cottage grove was the first place we came to after crossing the siskiyous, there was a highway sign for food and lodging so we stopped, but no vacancies. glad we drove a few more miles for a nice room and better rates. good meal at the local Mexican restaurant.

Room 220 needs new upholstery on the chairs and the carpet needs replaced or a professional cleaning.

I liked the size of the room and the beds, bathroom was clean and thermostat worked great. The check in staff was very nice and welcoming.
