We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping operation. My same experience as the last time. I was told that Housekeeping come usually every 3rd day. I stayed 4 both times , didn't happen either time. Saturday a housekeeper knocked on the door to collect dirty towels so that the could be cleaned. NEVER,EVER during a hotel stay have I had that occur. Since when does a hotel NOT have enough towels to go around the hotel.
Location, as always. Close to a handful of restaurants either in the same parking area or across the street. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful like every stay. The guys at the front desk were also nice and friendly.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror saying that you need to inform the front desk if you want your room cleaned. We were there from Friday night until Tuesday morning and Housekeeping didn't show up at all. One day I told the house keeper that we were leaving so the room would be available, nothing. The next day I told the man at the front desk. Again nothing. I personally changed the trash and asked another house keeper for an extra toilet paper. Still nothing!
Close to several restaurants, shopping and the movies. I chose the hotel because of its location. The lady that supervises the breakfast is very nice and helpful. Offered to personally make me a waffle. Also gave information about the restaurants nearby that give discounts to hotel guests.

The property location was super convienent for the conference I was attending, it was 10 minutes away from the church! The staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was decent and also it was plenty of places to go shopping and get food within short driving distance!

United States of AmericaHouse keeping skipped my room eventhough I spoke with the lady as I was waiting for the elevator. Front desk said they're doing every other day housekeeping. I've never had that before. Then, the next day, they missed again eventhough I left the hotel by 7:15 a.m. and didn't return until 4:30. This time front desk tried to explain it away as it being new people and he not trusting them in rooms that were occupied, only in those that were checking out. So, I my 4 day stay (Friday night - Tuesday morning) housekeeping came only on Saturday. Monday, after I complained tgr the manager on duty sent the desk clerk to do a quick cleaning of the room. Plus ,some new $3 daily fee for what I don't know. Supposedly free breakfast and free USA today newspaper. So what did I get for the $3? I have no idea!

United States of AmericaThe heating/cooling unit in our room did not work properly so that we both woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The temperature couldn't be adjusted because the cooling format would not turn on. I had to turn off the whole unit hoping that the room would cool down but it didn't.
The breakfast was good and well staffed. The room accommodated our bikes and bike packs and the staff gave us a first floor room as requested so that we didn't have to use the elevator with our bikes to our room.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful especially Vince and Randall . Cynthia in the breakfast room was also very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaWould have given a 10/10, but the sound proofing was so poor it sounded like the window was open. Any car going by outside sounded like it was there in the room with you. We were on the top floor with a corner room, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
You could tell the room was cleaned very well.
