Couldn’t get hot water for my shower across 4 night stay, warm at best. No dishes or utensils in the room. When I went to use them there was a note to contact the front desk

Bookings.com should have informed me that I needed to supply a credit card to the front desk in the event of damages. Front desk staff should have a basic knowledge of how to get to the "auto train". Two of them had no knowledge of the city of Lorton or the Amtrack auto train. Didn't like having to supply a credit card , in the event of dammages. Bookings .com should have handled this or made me aware of this. Breakfast was sparce, no fruit, no yogurt. Other slightly more $ hotels in the area supply waffles and eggs.

Location...room was reasonable for the $. Staff was courteous.

The breakfast was a let down. Needs a better description so noone is disappointed. I don't consider packaged muffins and coffee a breakfast.

Additional supplies were limited and the complimentary breakfast was just a muffin or oatmeal and coffee only. I was a little disappointed with the advertisement.

Lots of things were broken in room. Toilet seat, bathroom door wouldn’t close, tub drain stopper broken and tub didn’t drain properly, kitchen faucet was loose from the counter.

Rooms could definitely use some more upkeep. Either some deep cleaning or just an upgrade, but no bugs. Don’t expect much for breakfast, but location is close to some good options.

Spacious and quiet rooms. Friendly staff, and a great location just a little out of the way from D.C. Good little grab and go table with coffee, tea, granola bars and snack cakes!

The bed was the worst I've had in 20 years- could feel the springs and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Absolutely not acceptable for motel standards. The sink was deplorable- we couldn't use it because it was plugged. We had to check out 3 days early because of the sink. When I asked staff to give us a different room, they were too full. The sink did not match their online photos! It was a terrible 1960's style with NO COUNTERTOP. I explained this to the manager, who did not offer an acceptable reason for this basically false advertising. The online picture was of a room sink with white Corian type hard surface. I explained to the manager that women can't put their hair dryer, comb, and styling aids IN A SINK when trying to get ready!!! I've never seen such bad accommodations - the bed AND the sink. I was on a once in a lifetime trip to DC, and this motel nearly spoiled everything!! The manager only gave about $15 per night discount after all that. We paid $228 for 2 nights of unhappiness. The "kitchenette" had a paper post on the countertop of several kitchen accessories like dishes & silverware, but there was absolutely NOTHING in the kitchen but a dish towel! Again, false advertising! I had rented this place so we could use the kitchen- what a complete letdown it was. -> I should have pushed for a full refund- I'm entitled to that because of the plugged sink and false advertising on several accounts. I will never stay in this Extended Stay motel chain again- they've destroyed their brand and reputation.

Location and price were the reasons I chose this location. The room was well-designed for a more extended stay. However, there were no dishes or even coffee pot when I arrived, but they could be requested from the front desk. The workout space was large but very poorly equipped. I might return, but I would consider other nearby hotels before rebooking here.
