Courteous staff, good location near shopping center, and easy access to the freeway. Facility was quiet, neat, and clean.

The smell of the hotel . When I checked into my room there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bed had blood stains on the sheets . I immediately went downstairs and asked for a refund and checked out .

It was not what we expected at all having stayed at other Extended Stay Suites in other states, the surroundings were dirty, the entrance to the hotel, the doors, the elevator, all musty, dirty, and smelly... Then you go in (it was nightime) and no one is at the desk to welcome guests. Lobby was dirty, the elevator and halls VERY dirty. And we even heard the same comments from other guests we met at the elevator. Room was missing the refrigerator, and it had a very unpleasant and pungeant smell, plus black water came out of the faucet. We honestly wanted to get out that 1st night but gave it a chance. Room was renovated and it was clean, but with all those 1st impressions we went ahead and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen with cleaners we bought, just in case... We think the smell in the room was probably the wood of the new furniture, but it was very weird and strong, and since these have kitchenettes, maybe the room had previous smells from peoples cooking and no plug in would do the trick. We had no refrigerator for 2 nights. We also wondered why on our 1st night, we saw a little boy (about 8 years old, Indian looking) getting into the elevator with a vacuum cleaner, was this child family of an employee and was helping? We'll never know... All of this is why we never even dare to try the breakfast. Not staying there again.

Location is good and centric, but seems like since it's next to the metro station, many people just stop by for the night and it was shady and unsafe, specially at night, or even live there. Personnel was friendly (except the 1st night, the person was somehow friendly) but the rest did their best and with a smile.

Although there was plenty of space in the rooms, the smell made it unbearable. The smell was a mixture of mold and sour. The carpet was so gross, we kept our shoes on when walking around. We opened the windows to let some fresh air in to air the room out, but the screens were all ripped and torn. Also missing a curtain on the window. Was so nervous to sleep in the bed we did a close inspection for bed begs and realized there was already a bed bug protector on the matress but really inspect that headboard. Breakfast was a huge let down for sure. However, the Coffee was good. Even had other guests laughing at the disappointment upon their arrival with their family. Would definitely recommend the company to invest in much needed renovations to the rooms. Would not recommend for families.

The staff was very friendly and close to the metro station. Rooms were spacious.

Hot Shower was not working well

The staff was great. Nyo was fantastic. Even though there were lots of people at the front desk, he tried his best to accommodate everyone with a great personality. He is a great asset for the company.

The staff were friendly. My son's entry card never worked even after we asked for it to be reset. My car was not broken into and I found parking easily.

Granola bars and instant oatmeal does not constitute "grab and go" breakfast. I notified the staff that the toilet seat was broken, twice, and it was not fixed. The elements on the stove were rusty and dirty. The halls reeked of pot.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The first room we checked in, the window had been left open and the heater wasn't working. The lady at the front desk came up to try and fix it and when that didn't work she moved us to another room, where she made sure the heater was working. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The shower didn't have hot water. The room had an old smell to it. The water was gray and brown once you turned it on, and I saw a mouse dropping.

I have stayed here some years ago, it was under different management then. It's a dump now, ran by African People and is nasty the elevator was dirty, my room could have been cleaner.
