The people in pool was unruly

The pool was so dirty due to it being a busy weekend that it had to close the next day for maintenance

they didn’t install the valve in the bathroom to redirect the water from the tub to the shower therefore wasn’t able to take a shower the wifi service was horrible as it continuously disconnected from the internet over and over and at times for periods of 10-20 mins

It's not the hotel's fault, but when you get out your car and immedeately see/smell some pot-heads, same for the people in the lift, they all have had the Marihuana fragrance, you are concerned about questionable folks around you. But again, this is more a social problem.

Even if located between a main street and the rails, it was quiet. Ford museum was near by and a bit down the road are some nice Restaurants and bars

We thought we were getting queen sized beds--they were full sized. We asked for a cot, but were told we couldn't have one.

The breakfast was excellent! Many choices, hot food and clean.

The bath/shower is extremely slippery, no mat, no grab bars. It was not rectified after speaking to the front desk. Mold around the tub and wall. Minor items: some elevator indicator lights are inoperative, credit card machine was not working properly, your web page states free shuttle from Detroit Airport - it has been discontinued, "Near Dearborn" implies transportation provided to Dearborn Village, no such service.

Hot water pressure was low. The keys to the room didn't always work. The construction in the area made the travel to and from difficult.

Breakfast was good. The refrigerator worked well. It was nice to have a microwave, coffee in room, but I didn't take advantage. Towels were extra thick.

The room DID NOT SMELL CLEAN. There was a Strong dust smell and when I got into the bed I could feel all the dust on the sheets. I recommend wearing flip flops on the carpet. Also, the walls are so thin. I could hear the couple from the other room at every moment. I could picture exactly what they were doing even when they weren't being noisy. I can't stress this enough, if you want to sleep without hearing other people's conversations and "activities" don't stay here. There was actually a door which connected both rooms (this was people I didn't know, we were not aware That the rooms could be connected). And although the door was locked, it could be opened from our side (you can see it in the picture) Moreover, the noises from the hallway... Uh we couldn't sleep at all. Probably because we were at the first floor and the kitchen, gym and pool are on the same hall, so everything is happening there. Maybe other rooms don't have that problem. Finally the pillows are very thick, woke up with neck pain, bring your own pillow

I liked the price and the bed was comfortable. The room SEEMED cleaned and there were no bugs in the room. In general it was a sober looking hotel, with the right amenities. There is gym and a small pool for kids. I liked that the room had a clothes iron.

You might consider putting slip mats in the tubs. or at some point, a grab bar.

Brittany (I think that was her name) was very helpful. Cleaning ladies were pleasant. Parking was helpful.

sadly there isn't a direct entrance to the Ford museum so you have to go around ;-)

It was near where we were going and the Lady that was on the desk that night helped us with the door to our room because the keys wouldn’t work and she also gave us a few places that delivered food

The air conditioning in our room "219" was broken for the 2 days of our stay, in +30 degree celcius weather. For which they offered us a discount. This was a very nice gesture by the manager(Ashley).

Brittanie was amazing, courteous and extremely friendly and made our stay worth while. Jose the maintenance man did all he could whith the tools he has and supplied us with fans.
