The room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the walls from someone shaving. We even found their disposable shaver cover in the tub. There was also a bottle of alcohol left over in the cupboard area. The pillows were terrible.

It looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and there was no coffee maker in our room. We were also expecting utensils, knives, forks, spoons.

The room was very dated and dirty. Bed was somewhat comfortable but the pillows were pretty bad. The entire hotel smelled quite bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and dining.

What I didn’t like was how the toilet easily clogged with the tissues I used. The floor was sticky and there were ants crawling on the mini desk which was close to my bed. The phones and alarm clock didn’t work at all and I didn’t have a remote in my room. The food choices were okay although the items were old and you could tell by how it looked as how the food fell apart when you opened it.

I love that it was a suite, not many hotels I book gave that. The room had a big fridge, microwave & kitchenette. There was a seat in the corner for a good reading and the bathroom was clean.

I booked 2 beds. When I arrived, I paid for the room, oly to learn it was for one bed. When I called and asked the front desk, her response was "Oh. We don't have a room with 2 beds. We're overbooked. Do you still want the reservation?"

We had an issue with hot water in the shower the first morning so I had to finish washing my hair in the kitchenette sink. But they were very helpful and immediately moved us into another room. The anemities stated a hair dryer and coffee maker. We had to request both and we received a hair dryer but they didn't have enough coffee makers so we didn't get one.

The staff and the atmosphere was friendly and helpful. The location was excellant for us to take our trip into DC. Just down the road were restaurants, shopping, gas stations and even a verizon store which we needed. Our rooms and the lobby were very clean and outside was very nicely landscaped and upkept. The price compared to other hotels in the area was excellant.

the breakfast thing, nobody likes to breakfast granola bars, not worth Of money. the room smelled bad even though we get the nonsmoking room still smells so bad, the heater making some noise they need to fix it, the pillows need to be changed it’s small and stinky, even the refrigerator smells bad too they need to clean it , the toilet look old and stinky ,

I always put in notes when booking that a room close to the elevator is requested. our room was the furtherest you could get from the elevator & there was no other room to move us to, was very difficult for my husband. I didn’t see the small note at front desk about dishes etc. seems you have to request them. Then when I did, received 2 plates 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 plastic cups, 2 forks, 2 knives, & 1 bent spoon. Seems they had no other spoons. also hot water in kitchenette was locked, not very sanitary for dish washing. I will not be staying here again.
