TV did not work. Refrigerator smelled & and adjustment controls broken. Water pressure too high sink faucet soaks you when turning on! Charged $50 for my dog - Website says $35. Asked and got pet refund when checking out, Back Stairwell was filthy! Back parking lot - Filthy, garbage everywhere!

Me and my buddy noticed that there was some rust on the lamps by the beds and we did find some pet hair fibers on our sheets probably from the last person staying there

There was a damaged table, some dried blood droplets (on the shower curtain, pillow case, & comforter), there was nowhere to hang our towels, the parking lot needed to be more well lit at night.

The rate of the hotel, the cleaning facilities were attentive, & the shower pressure was decent.

sink was broken and sitting inside the cabinet!!!! unusable. switched rooms and that toilet seat was so loose it couldn’t just fallen off with one sit.

I got charged twice for a single room. One was canceled at facility and that the funds would be put back in my account within 5 business days. The funds have not been returned to my account even with a conformation number

The coffee was terrible. No napkins in the breakfast area. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Clock didn't work.The ottoman in the room had 3 legs.

Hidden costs! There was an additional $4 Admin fee, and a $50 deposit that I have to wait to get back. I use booking so I have my budget locked down, unfortunately that appears not to be true so I will find a different service provider going forward. Very disappointing as I've recommended this service multiple times over the years I've used it.

Strangers walk around the building, Did not feel safe Trash was outside the building .trash can was full running over, and no place for my Dog to walk

Broken room phone, broken refrigerator control, bathroom wall was broken.no bath matt for shower, and minimum towels. Coffee maker , but no coffee.

softhe staff wasn’t very friendly, the coffee pot in the room didn’t work properly, the fridge in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9, and staff was taking everything away and cleaning up 20 minutes before 9, so for people that came in had nothing, people are paying for this stay expecting breakfast to be included until 9, not anytime before that. One of the staff members just wasn’t friendly and acted put out when we found a backpack in the breakfast area that was sitting there the whole time, someone had left it there. She definitely acted so put out because she was putting away all the breakfast food well before 9.

the pool has a extremely strong smell of chorine. I know pools use chorine but the smell was to much.

The room was a good size. being close to the pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room or take the trash in 3 days. The free breakfast was very poor, not much variety and items would not be refilled halfway through the breakfast hours. Staff was very neutral, not friendly. The shower curtain had mold. The pool had a strong chlorine smell. The neighborhood was not pretty and kind of cheap.

The room was comfortable. The location was close to where we needed to be.
