I hate the rental boats taking over the pier. I fished off that pier all night was my reason for staying there. Also there was NO HOT WATER in the shower or sinks.

The business that operates on thier waterfront can be a bit annoying because you use thier "beachfront" or thier dock because the boating company uses it.

The breakfast and thier very welcoming staff, the hotel is in a decent location thier employees are pretty good.

the bed was not comfortable. when asked for room service ie beddding to be changed it never was. when asked for clean towels we had to go to the front desk and ask a few times. we were charged for " incidentals/damages" and never told that we would be at check in. the staff explained that we would be refunded at the end of our stay. My husband told me that on our 1st night in that there were a bunch of yelling and screaming in the hallway between staff and customers. The breakfast was ok. the sausage looked like they had been boiled and were soggy. the pancakses lacked flavor and the eggs were gross. The best part of breakfast was the coffee. We will not be staying here again.

It gets really expensive from Friday -Sunday and no breakfast I remember the breakfast was really great there before the pandemic. You should bring back breakfast

Ice machine didn't work so had to go buy ice , had to go ask for extra towels after I checked in and looked in the room. And i didn't know it was Drug users outside at night time they need a security officer at night that patrols.

I should’ve listened to the reviews… The pictures online looked great. When we got the room it looked exactly like the photos newly remodeled. I stepped in the restroom, turned the lights on and a roach took off running. Well my wife like most women is scared to death of bugs so I had to look high and low to make sure there were none hiding anywhere else. When we got to the bed, I will say the bed was comfortable but the sheets and blanket had stains on them. Then the window. It looked towards the water. It was on the lower level with the sidewalk. The blinds or whatever you want to call them was terrible. Definitely not thought through. u had to line them up just right to keep folks from being able to see in. One of them was broke so it would line up. Needless to say nobody wants to sleep with somebody being able to peek through the window at you. We ended up hanging the sheet over the window. Now granted this is a cheaper hotel. But I’ve stayed in other motels on the same area for the same price and got a lot cleaner room. So next time I’ll definitely be listening to the reviews I read.

When we were checking in I asked if there was a bathroom I could use. They told me where it was, and it was nasty. No soap and no paper towels to dry my hands. When I told whom I’m assuming was a manager of some sort he didn’t even respond. Literally said nothing, just went back to doing something on his cell phone. He was very rude to us. There were no extra towels available for our room, we were told that none were available when we went to the desk for more. There were no coffee cups in our room. We made our reservations on line however when we checked out and asked for a receipt we were told nothing could be provided because we booked it online… the tv kept going in and out. Just very outdated and dingy/dirty. We’ve stayed with this group of hotels before and it was definitely the least of our favorites.

TV was not operable; the person who came to "fix" it had no clue as to what was wrong and made no effort to replace the cable box which was the main problem.

Compared to other area motels, reasonably priced.
