The carpet was very dirty and the sofa bed unusable as the mattress was very dirty. Most things could have been much cleaner including the breakfast room.

TV was new and had some glitches. Wasn't able to get it to work the first night. Husband had surgery and could have used distraction. Night desk person unable to fix. Next morning we woke up to an infestation of ants. We notified front desk, they offered to spray but due to oxygen use for myself and husband recovering from sinus surgery we could not be around chemical. They did however offer us another room across the hall, it did not have the type bed we originally booked but TV worked most of the time. One little glitch for a couple of hours but was fixed for viewing in the evening.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Loved coffee and water were available all day and night. Maintenance man was very nice and helpful for the issues we had.

Lobby smelled like urine and breakfast was really bad. Only Sunny Delight and no juice, no coffee.

This facility is in desperate need of updates. It’s shabby. It’s what I would expect at half the price. Not sure I’d stay here again.

The room we reserved was not available because, as we were told, the tv did not work. It was late Nd we didn’t need to watch tv, so we said that was fine. We checked in, we’re charged for the room, but when we went in found that it had not been cleaned. They had no more family suites available so very reluctantly gave us 2 room to accommodate all 5 of us. One was fine, but the other needed renovations badly.

Cleaning could have been much better. Candy in the freezer, wrapper on the floor and Q tip o the bathroom floor. I already mentioned that the pool was closed. I was trying to entertain 3 kids. I’m pretty bummed.

We had to ask for enough towels and sheets. The breakfast room was too crowded, and it took a long time to get food the way everything was arranged. Everything seemed tired and overworked.

There was no soap in the room to wash hands or body. We used our shampoo to wash with. No hand towel, so had to use a wash cloth. I know I could have called down for it but long trip and I wouldn’t have been nice. The pool was not open for my little boy after a long trip.

The property was very nice. Breakfast room was fine. Very cramped though. They worked with the space they have though. I just couldn’t stay in there to eat.

Seems old. Hall and stairway carpets need professional shampooing/cleaning—or replacement.

Convenient, quiet. Comfortable firm bed. Friendly helpful staff. Justin was particularly helpful, answered questions, gave sightseeing suggestions. Adequate breakfast.

The pool was not properly maintained. Staff needed to be instructed to empty the skimmer basket a few times a day on windy days. It had cups, packaging and leaves in the skimmer, 3 chairs in the pool and 1 in the hot tub which was uncovered. The handyman left his door open near the gym and in the dining area. The coffee was in the lobby - a second set in the dining area would have been helpful. The gym was very poorly laid out, clearly not a hotel with an eye for details.

The bedroom with King-size bed was very comfortable.

Bedsheet was noticably stained despite seeming clean and freshly laundered, looked like perhaps a blood stain or something similarly icky... Also the carpet around the sink was badly stained with what appeared to be hair dye, can't fault the hotel for that kind of damage to a room but the overall paint/carpet/bathroom situation does seem to be in dire need of updating. Hopefully they will invest in performing such an overhaul soon if they want to continue attracting guests. Last but not least, the toilet backed up on us three times in our brief one-night stay. The first time was not even due to our business, as the bowl began to fill immediately upon first attempting to flush. Happily, there was a plunger nearby, which my husband of course used to clear the toilet and ensure that it then flushed... but something about having to repeatedly plunge the toilet in a room for which we paid $150 a night leaves a bit of a sour feeling. Next guests might not be as considerate and may allow it to overfill/flood leaving hotel management with a serious sanitation issue to handle. I would strongly recommend doing something about that plumbing situation before it becomes a bigger problem (room #301)

The room was reasonably clean and bed was comfortable, we were upgraded to the corner king suite for no extra charge since there were not very many guests the night we stayed there so that was nice. Abundant comfy pillows and charging ports built-in to the nightstands were also much appreciated. Shower took a little while to warm up but once it did there was plenty of warm water and clean, fluffy towels. We also found the in-room mini fridge and microwave to be very convenient, the in-room coffee maker would also have been nice had the coffee itself been worth drinking, but we are a little picky about our coffee at home anyway so this was to be expected. And they had no problem accommodating our medium size dog who was travelling with us for an extra $25 fee which seems reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay for my husband and I who were in town for an appointment that was rescheduled on short notice.
