The room was full of earwigs and other pests. I'm a pest technician and the rooms, especially the entry ways, need attention. The breakfast was lackluster to say the least. Decent place to stay but I won't be a return customer.

The bed was a little too hard and pillows were in the shape of a round ball, very uncomfortable. Could've used a guide in room of TV channels

They catered to both smoking and non smoking, staff was great, easy to talk too and willing to meet our needs, the cleaners were great to make sure we had all we needed

My wife couldn't get into the pool, the first step into the pool is a very big step, the beds are too tall, the bath tub is very small and the seat in is too low. My wife has very bad knees. For being handicapped accessible it's not very handicap friendly.

The breakfast isn’t what is advertised, we got there and the place had no electricity in some units which was no fault to staff but then got put in a room with no air conditioning so had to be moved. Staff did accommodate but feel it wasn’t worth the price.

as i sad before the bed look clean but the bed had bed bugs when i arrive the housekeeping staff on my 2nd day clean the room and after they clean the room and change all bed lines the bed was very comfort no more bed bugs noted

The room floors had not been swept, my dog found a bag of spicy corn chips around one of the beds. Didn’t appear the tub had been cleaned. Breakfast was a disappointment. The website bragged about meat and eggs being on the menu, but this wasn’t the case. The grits were instant packs.

The breakfast that was included was not acceptable and as is described on the website and I paid cash upon arrival and yet my card was charged for one night because we were stuck in traffic and didn't get there before 4:00 and the front desk said he knew the traffic was bad and it took 3 days to get the money refunded back to my card which in turn dipped into spending money while I was there. The tub had mold all in the bottom of it and instead of cleaning it off there was some kind of white matte that had been taped to the bottom of the tub there were spiders and spider webs in the bathrooms

There was no protein at the breakfast bar, everything was a carbohydrate which makes for sleepy drivers...not a good thing. We had to go and find someone to check us in as there was no one at the desk when we arrived. No bell to ring, no sign saying they'd be right back!

It was conveniently located just off the interstate. I got exactly what I paid for.
