You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pillows very uncomfortable. Couldn't watch Fox on the TV for some reason.

Clean convenient and very close to I 280. Good value for the money. Breakfast was better than many. Room and bathroom were spacious.

Our toilet was broke and the front desk guy came up and looked at it and said he fixed it but after he left it wasn't fixed. We had to keep taking the tank cover off the back and manually make it fill up so it could be flushed
We have stayed here every time we have been in the quad cities which is 2 to 3 times a year. The beds are very comfy the rooms are very clean. And it is close to everything

I paid for my room online but was met with extra fees once I arrived that wasn’t planned for so that wasn’t ideal

The breakfast was subpar. When I went down there wasn't any coffee and it took over 20 minutes for it to arrive. Also, no eggs, or biscuits for the gravy available at first. When the biscuits arrived, they were still cold in the middle. On previous stays I have been pleased with the breakfast offerings

Our walk in shower was broken on the floor so after complaining they added a shower mat also the fan circulating air between the rooms in our suite was extremely noisy so they fixed that to. Had to get new cards every day and sometimes twice a day Night time staff needs a refresher on how to greet guests young girl never smiled or greeted us in any way and when we needed new cards she barely spoke. She acted like she hated her job!

The bed was too hard for me, but that's just me. It's not a deal breaker, though. Still recommend staying.

Wifi was absolutely terrible. Poor reception. Kept getting kicked off and very slow. Big issue for us.
Needed to pay more attention to keeping breakfast items and coffee stocked. Seemed shorthanded on staff so existing staff did their best. Overall staff there very helpful and courteous.

The Hotel was very clean and in a nice location right next to the airport. When I checked and I requested an airport shuttle at 5 AM. When I came down in the morning, there was no airport shuttle. The gal said I don’t drive. I can’t take you to the airport so I was stuck there waiting for a shuttle to show up in half hour later and almost missed my flight. Needless to say if you have an early morning flight, you better double check and triple check that there will be a shuttle there to pick you up in the morning. I started to walk, but there were hooligans yelling at me as it was 5 AM in the morning and I did not feel safe so I went back to the hotel and waited a half hour for the shuttle and almost missed my flight.

Housekeeper opened my door without knocking 8am on my check out day, even when do not disturb label was on the door, so disrespectful, check out is 12 pm please allow your clients to get rest. Carpet is old, ceiling is cracked in the bathroom.
Bed was comfortable and well made, nice location, close to airport, gas station, and food.
