To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good spot especially for the price! We enjoyed a large king suite, which was very spacious. The pool area was nice, and we got to spend some time in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was 10/10 so many options and friendly staff. The place even has a happy hour!

United States of AmericaThe staff at check in was clueless. The desk attendant said "I don't see your reservation in our data base." So she stood there doing nothing. And didn't offer any solution. Finally I said : IS THERE SOMEONE WITH BRAIN CELLS THAT CAN FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS? After a 4 hour drive and an event to go to I wasted 20 minutes at the desk because they couldn't find my Booking.com confirmed reservation. Finally the non thinking desk attendant came up with the brilliant idea of calling the manager. The manager couldn't find my reservation either, but decided he would create a new reservation and "match the price". Good thing I didn't pay in advance! It would have been another hassle to pay twice and deal with Booking.com for a refund. Glad I selected "pay at the property". Also-- I didn't like that they still have nasty carpet. That's an old outdated concept. They need to update their floors for what they charge! This place is not cheap.
The beds were comfortable and the suite was very clean, well appointed and user friendly. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave and plenty of counter space.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast could have been better. It is okay. My bacon looked rawhide on Saturday when they were busy. Also, there are lots of kids that stay at this hotel that are very loud and ready to start their day before 8am. So you need to be okay with being woken up.
The room was larger than I had expected and i liked that it was separate from the living area. They had a good happy hour and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they had food under $10.

I like the property and location to downtown and cal poly. Suites have been remodeled are are nice.
