The hallways were a bit smelly and the other guests were a bit noisy. It was a little outdated but that’s what you get for the cheaper rates.

The room was perfect for our needs. The big fridge and microwave were perfect. Close to the national park and plenty of food/retail options nearby. Even drive to Cleveland during one day.

I didn't like that when there was an issue with payment I was not contacted, I did not like that the front desk chose not to take payment because they did not have change 2x and instead of asking or automatically rolling the difference over into the next days stay they decided best to terminate her stay with nowhere else to go last minute, despite the fact that she paid the past due balance that she attempted to pay 2x and front desk refused to accept payment. I spoke to a supervisor who attempted to assist by extending the stay for 1 day so that we could figure out where she would go and who would transport her items; more importantly a full size oxygen tank at last minute. This is so unsettling as a traveler who has used this and other properties under this umbrella, unsettling as a daughter, unsettling as a professional counselor, and especially unsettling as a citizen of Summit County in Ohio. It is ironic how this situation is coming at a time that I'm being asked to be interviewed by the newspaper to discuss housing and homelessness for the elderly and those with mental health disorders in the area. Please train staff to "listen to understand, not to listen to reply".

The room was booked for my 70yr old mother on oxygen, that was moving back into the area due to health issues while her housing was being completed (a rental that needed some work to accomodate an elderly person on oxygen). She enjoyed the comfort, safety, and ability to have her meals cooked in the kitchenette.

Misinformation on services provided. There was no breakfast. I have traveled a fair amount lately and every other hotel we have stayed at is serving breakfast again. This needs to be corrected on Booking.com. Also cleanliness of room wasn't great. Otherwise stay was average.

Carpet in our room was filthy, toilet was dirty on outside, no hairdryer, TV controllers didn't work, had to turn set on + off by hand in back of set.

The desk chair was sticky and very obviously covered in human secretions. The recliner had something spilled all along the side and a pair of worn socks stuffed inside. Some of the lumpiest pillows I have ever encountered. Weird stain in the bathroom sink. The lobby of the hotel smelled so badly of horrid BO and sweat.

I didn’t see any bedbugs so that was good. Staff was pretty nice.

Booked a 2 bed studio for 4 people. Upon arrival I was told there was a leak and the 2 double bed rooms weren't available. We were offered a fold up bed, which ended up being very small and could not fit 2 people. 2 people from our party ended up going elsewhere for a room, as they could no longer fit in ours. The vending machine offered pop tarts, but our room was missing the toaster it should have had.

Smell, breakfast, no bathroom exhaust, dresser trims peeling, check-in staff girl not helpful or friendly, not getting my rooms reservation fulfilled accurately, no housekeeping, not enough towels per room, very loud weak showers. Severely disappointed

The room smelled of old cooking odors as soon as you walked in, the counter tops, doors, door handles, table tops were all dirty, I cleaned all that myself with clorox wipes, There was no question these areas had not been cleaned for awhile very dirty, There was a ring of grease around the burners on the stove another obvious area that had not been cleaned properly. Common Areas were dirty too, Carpets needed vacuuming, Door glass was filthy, If it were not for every room in town being sold out I would have went somewhere else Immediately
