We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room overall was meh. The door was warped so light came through and it was distracting. The AC was beyond outdated. We couldn't set a given temperature, had to guess what works best. The fridge was missing a foot so it was lopsided. My husband's bed sheet had a big stain, looked like ink. The TV was on when we entered the room, it was kind of odd. Breakfast was supposed to be continental. The coffee was okay, there was no warm food and not even bread or bagels, yogurt or fruit. We ended up with some very dry muffins.
The location worked great for us. The furniture in the room seemed to be new, which was nice. The staff at check-in was great, checkout was ok.

I can’t say anything bad about the place. There was a bar next-door populated by a lot of motorcycles, but I never heard anything through the night. They seemed well-behaved. I never felt threatened. The only thing that bothered me was the intense aroma of marijuana. I believe the workers that stay there and live upstairs or the room next to me were constantly smoking marijuana in my room and the odor of marijuana I was in a non-smoking room, I don’t know if the room in the smoking room or not I was under the impression the entire hotel was not smoking

United States of AmericaRoom ceiling paint was falling off, requested a room change and room smelled really bad, bed was unmade.. front desk staff asked if it was the dog room like we was gettint crappy rooms on purpose... finally we was given a handicap room which was in better shape. I had a dog and think I was giving a crappy room, mind you I was charged $10 extra for the dog... in the morning I spoke to my room neighbor and she got a crappy room too because she had a dog so we definitely feel because of the dog we got the crappy rooms.
