Said breakfast was inedible (hardened and stale package sweets and smashed granola bars)...very misleading and disappointing.

The card machine didn't work and we almost got charged for our reservation because we couldn't cancel due to the app having technical difficulties, and they didnt replace anything in the breakfast area, so all there was were four packets of unflavored oatmeal.

The hotel is pretty comfortable and clean. The area is decent and close to amenities and some stuff to do.

We had to ask for everything-even hairdryer. No coffee pot, cups anything. Other than bed and tv room is barren. It had a kitchen, was advertised as extended stay but how could you unless you continually track down staff to ask for something. Breakfast was very bad, just plastic wrapped food -similar to vending machine food.

Quiet. Close to Hops on the Hill -a good restaurant. Nothing else is close by.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were as thin as folded up towels. I was really disappointed at 9:10 in the morning that they were no longer going to make coffee when their coffee bar was supposed to be open until 930. The front desk staff didn’t seem to be flexible in that. There were many guests asking as well.  Around the property line were a few different homeless camps.  It was very difficult to rest easy knowing my car was unattended. I know this is no fault of the hotel.

I liked that this property had suites with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and hot plate stove. The bathrooms were very clean and I liked the shower inserts.

It was overpriced in relationship to other places I have stayed that were better. The bed was ok, but not great for the price.

The water pressure was horrible, barely could take a shower. Granola bars and muffins are not really considered a breakfast. But they did appear fresh inside their packaging.

It was clean, the lobby was inviting and didn't look dated and the staff was friendly at both check in and check out. Had an issue with a shower leak and the front desk immediately took out a maintenance ticket to write up it so it could be repaired, which was a nice change from other locations where they say "we'll let maintenance know" but you're not really sure they will.

faucet drips all night. Bed springs pop up occasionally. Cigarette smoke comes through heater/air conditioner makes my eyes burn and causes me to sneeze.

The hallway smelled like used cat litter. Smoking spot was right inside the door and filled the stairwell of smoke from cigarettes and 420. The bed was extra firm and toilet paper was rough. TV viewing cut out at 9 pm.

there was no shower curtain!?!?!?!?! when I told front desk, as I was getting coffee in the lobby. her response was “ I’ll get you one to put in your room “. it’s not my job, and there’s no hooks to hang curtain.

I can't belive how clean my room was. Any motel I have ever been in. My socks get dirty from walking around the room. Not here omg to the housekeeping you rock! Thank you for what you do!
