We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no real milk or cream for the coffee in the morning. The TV took a little work to figure out how to watch it.
The hotel is bright and cheerful and relatively clean. The staff are very friendly

The refrigerator was a bit noisy. The remote for the TV didn't work very well.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was only a little noise leaking in from the hallway, not enough to be bothersome. The bar had some good local beers and a great bartender.

Good enough but very dated, though apparently it will be undergoing renovations, so looking forward to that for future stays. Little pricey, but no other choices around really

I think the rugs gave it an odor and the ceiling looked old the bathroom was ok but shower a bit dated, but for the price it’s what I would expect. The heating system did make a loud noise when it turned on.
30 min from the Bronx Zoo and near the Harry Potter experience at FDR Park on Yorktown Heights. overall clean there was an odor probably from the carpets but the mattresses appears new sheets were clean. There was a microwave in a hallway-ice machine-refrigerator in the room. And a washer dryer on the property

This isn’t so much the hotel’s fault, but guests are very noisy in the hallways.
It’s very convenient to have breakfast within the hotel. It was very tasty and wait staff is lovely.

The walls are kind of thin - we could hear it whenever our neighbor flushed their toilet. bed was kind of squeaky, but very comfortable. The shower pressure was just ok.
It was central to our plans in terms of location.

I thought the continental breakfast Booking advertised this hotel had would have been included in the not-cheap price of the room (more expensive than our recent stay at a hotel overlooking Niagara Falls). We were in the area to spend time with my disabled aunt and for the price we paid for the room, we would have appreciated a bagel or something small to get us started before heading out for the day. We chose to got without just on principle. It just seems like every company is looking to make extra money in every single way they can. Disappointing.
Everything was clean and lovely. I especially loved the bows on the toilet paper and tissue box. That was cute and made us feel welcome. it was truly a very comfortable room.

Overall it was a nice place but 1 lady at reception was not pleasant to interact with. I think if she had a better attitude my stay would have been much better
We didn’t eat breakfast there. No lunch was served at hotel we only ate dinner there . Availability of microwave and place to wash laundry was nice . Also the hotel shuttle was nice and drivers very friendly

not much around it - its in an area of car dealerships. have to travel 10 mins by car to find food although there is a bar/cafe in the hotel (we didn’t try it). coffee in the lobby would be good as breakfast didn’t start until 7am on the weekend.

There was an issue with my reservation at the hotel but they figured it out eventually

The location was a bit far but that's ok. The only thing I really want them to fix is adding the streaming services like Netflix, HULU, Prime, Disney and HBO MAX to their smart televisions
It was a clean and spacious room. I enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel lobby and hallways.
