The roaches

It was infested with roaches and was disgusting.

And a lot of small flies and spider webs on the ceiling. The door look like someone broken and was it fixed well. And it started to smell like cigarettes bad after I put on the AC.

The rooms had roaches, floors dirty, broken furniture, laundry room didn’t work, they charge to much for those Nasty rooms

The manager Raquel was very helpful they had to switch me rooms 3 times because of the condition of the rooms and she gave me a discount

I saw 3 dead roaches lying on the floor in he room and the room had a ln "old" smell to the room. I did not like having to put a deposit down when the rooms were not worthy of a deposit nor was it luxiourios. I was a bit disappointed.

I liked the kitchen area, if we're going to stay longer. The room was equipped with a full refrigerator and a stove/oven.

The toilets are really low. Disabled ppl/rooms should hav a much higher toilet. If u needed towels/soaps/toilet, u had to go to front desk/front of facility. Not a good place for physically disabled ppl. Ppl above able to make noise walking r stumping during our stay. I called front desk, but that made the noise worse. THIS WASN'T A VACATION FOR US. MY niece died & we were there for a FUNERAL & to help my nephew out (reason for long stay).

Opening at my front door to garbage and cigarette butts mildew and black mold under my vanity sink and in my bathroom along the baseboard behind toilet by bathtub and the smoke alarm beeps really loud every 2-3 minutes sounds like a bird we’ve asked to come and change batteries but no one ever cameTowels are hard to come by and blankets also I mean to have clean towels and blankets I would like that every day but it doesn’t seem like they have it here every day we have seen no housekeeping I mean they don’t even knock on the door if there is to check if we need towels or blankets or anything for as much as we pay week we should have all that not just once a week get our blankets changedNo housekeeping at all I mean paying almost 500 a week we should have all that

We had an appalling encounter with a maintenance worker whom just barged in when my door was locked I told him to go away and he wanted me to come to the door I reported him immediately but the manager didn't anything about it. They claimed my stay was shorter then set date so it was very frustrating and uncomfortable. The room they gave us was literally sinking into the middle of the bottom floor the fridge and table were literally sinking into the downstairs I fear for whomever stays in the room I was given it really needs inspection.

One staff member was reasonable and understood our situation but he couldn't do much for us.

The location and " some" of the staff. (I.E. the older white lady at this location was very rude!) The homeless traffic, and all the drug paraphernalia around the housing units.

Roaches!!! No phone, no comfortable place to sit. Bed was uncomfortable because under mattress was a metal base - no give. Holes in the doors, the floor was sticky. I had put the microwave on the counter because the outlet underneath it didn't work. The microwave was broken. The tray coupler broken & missing. So the turntable wouldn't just turn, but almost fell out every time I opened it.

Wifi wouldn't connect. 100$ card only security deposit required before check in that wasn't disclosed on their website. Desk missing drawers, bathroom fan/light hanging, tv had poor reception.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very nice at check in.

The place was an extended stay (I'll be more careful with booking those in the future) and the room was not the greatest by far. They didn't have an ice machine. It's not ran like a hotel, more like a hostel.

The staff was nice. The price was decent.

Pool not open....no silverware or dishes or glasses in kitchen...toilet ready to come out of the floor not stable.....no light in frig and it wakes you up in middle of the night Humming....have to get up and open and close the door to stop the noise...walls need painted.no handles in tub...slippery...tub discolored ....
