The hotel was run down and had a feeling of neglect. The linens were cheap.

The price was the only positive element of my stay.

Door latch broken asked them to fix hard to shut and lock door never fixed it. Room had stains on walls and ceiling. No trash can in room for trash light fixture taped to ceiling with smoke detector in it. Will never stay there again shouldn't have to pay for these conditions.

There was no breakfast noisy at night ,kids running and jumping on the 2nd floor. Room keys not working half the time. Loud noises coming from other tenants. Banging and loud talking.

No breakfast but friendly staff, I was able to cook and have privacy in the room.

I was placed right next to the office wasn't fun hearing the door open and close all day and night . One towel no soap to wash hands the floor didn't looked washed room looked like it was under construction. Sounds like the upstairs room was about to come through the floor.

The room was tiny but compact and clean however they were only a couple towels and no amenities such as toiletries for the bathroom. But a nice clean bed to sleep in.

There was mold in the bathroom as there wasn't a fan. Shower was a trickle and not adjustable.

The elevator smelled like piss. I never received my deposit back as of today.

I like the location. The initial price was cheap but I still never received my deposit back. They still owe me $100. I have not been able to make contact with anybody or anyone including through email.

As I reported to Home Town Suites: the first thing I noticed on getting to the room was that there was no toilet paper, on the holder or stored in the bathroom cabinet. The pleasant and professional front desk clerk did provide one room with no problem whatsoever. However, on returning, the fixture holding the toilet paper was broken. There was no waste receptacle in the entire suite. The shower curtain was 2 inches short and that may have long contributed to a "spongy" bathroom floor that sagged when walked on. The painted shower basin was chipped and unsightly. The telephone in the room did not work (yes, we checked to see that it was plugged in correctly). I don't know if this room (320) was reserved for Priceline customers and I can't compare it to any other of their rooms, but the management should send a maintenance crew to repair all the above before they put another customer in it. When I asked the front desk clerk if there was shampoo she politely said "not until morning." I would have expected better.

It was a good value for the area and close to Denver International Airport. I needed to get my cousin to the airport before 7am so that was a deciding factor.

When we requested housekeeping they said we have to request it 24Hrs in advance...... we were never advised of this and then when we requested room service the next day they made excuses that they were only concentrating on their inspection that day and no one was available to clean our room and told me they couldn't fix my toilet because maintenance wasn't working that day and they were all booked up and no other rooms were available.

Very modest property not well upkept. Animal smells / noises when their policy is none. Predatory towing at this lot, make sure to display pass properly - ask for tape.

I didn't like the traffic of homeless people and druggie. People asking for money and begging for stuff.

I think the location was great, right next to the highway and close to the airport. Minutes from down tow. And minutes away from every highway.

The sheet was so itchy, the ac was loud and it dried the air even we lowered it down alot. Barely slept that night!

Toilet was dirty with blood and vents caked with dust flies were gritty. Yeah was bout taken out or fresh towels once during 3 day stay. Toilet stayed running the whole time.
