Credit card machine was down and trying to gather cash at 11:45 pm was not fun after being up all day and on the road for 3 hours... We went down to breakfast at 830 and the staff was putting the stuff away. We got coffee, water and a bagel.. No blanket on the bed, just sheets and the room was cool. No door on the bedroom.

The staff was apologetic about the card machine...

We waited a longer time for our room to be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was in need of repair. The credit card macine was broken so we paid cash.

It's dirty, needs lots of work, plug ins hanging out of the wall. I can hear EVERYTHING happening outside the room so I might have got sleep from about 12am-5am guess it could have been worse but I'm have stayed in cheap hotels before but not this bad. Probably just needs to be condemned

Recliner in the room looked like they salvaged it from a dumpster, Bathtub drain did not flow well so that as you were showering you were afraid it might overflow. Bathroom sink did not drain. Towels had stains. Reserved a smoking room per booking dock com's website but when we arrived were told they had no smoking rooms at all. Side entrance door was broken so you had to go to lobby entrance to enter and exit.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Asked for more towels and they were very accommodating. Restaurant next door handy and food was good.

I am visual handi cap and my daughter who drives me is over 50, if no elevator. we need to have ground floor , I was going to be put on 3I said no there is no way my daughter and self could get our stuff up the stairs , so she put us in a king suite whth dbl bed and fold out sofa. I won't slep in a room with no window. so I slept on fold out sofa, no bedding for it. I camped alot and this was a joke for bed. we had two bath towels no face towels.?

It didn't have a pool as we were told and didn't have any hot continental breakfast as we were told didn't even really have a breakfast if that is what you want to have called it they had bread to make toast but no butter for the toast and very little jelly to choose from for the toast for those who likes jelly on there toast.we couldn't have cereal because they didn't have or supply the milk for it we could have waffles but no syrup or butter or anything to go on the waffles didn't have creamer or regular sugar or anything else to put in the coffee and only had orange juice and water to drink besides the coffee no donuts no biscuits and gravy or sausage or bacon or scrambled eggs or eggs of any kind no apple juice the only thing that we really seen that we liked or even want to eat was a orange one for my girlfriend and myself and a yogurt one for each me and her

breakfast facilities were extremely small for the size of the hotel, was unable to get breakfast because of the amount of people waiting vs my schedule. Was difficult to get checked in, issues with room keys working on newly remodeled rooms, but manager did work through to get solved. Time from checkin to room ready was 45 minutes at 10pm.

The quality of the room. You could tell where the doors had been wiped down and where they were dirty! The bed sheets had blood stains on them. The flooring had burned spots on it. The furniture was old and damaged too.

Room number not on our door, 1-2 inch gap at bottom of outside door, toilet didn't flush well, stains on bed skirt, light bulbs out.

The staff, David, at the front desk, was very helpful and considerate of our requests and needs. After we discovered 3 issues, he allowed us to go to a different room. The breakfast was good.

first desk clerk was completely indifferent when i arrived, i wasn't sure he worked there! Very noisy overnight, A couple was arguing in hall.

The room was not very clean the floors were nasty we walked on them barefoot and our feet got all black and dirty there was candy under the beds and a dog chew bone and two training wet dog pads my mom has health problems and we was put in a room that wasn't clean this is not very sanitary. We won't be coming back to this facility. Breakfast was amazing but the room was not clean I hope they can get this issue under control I spent a lot of money for two days and my room should have been clean

There were some holes in the curtains that also didn’t close all the way. That was a little unsettling. The room really needs a deep clean. But all in all it was a good experience and a fair price for what I got.

Price was great. Service was top tier!!! Gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Only the friendliness of the one staff I encountered. I did not feel safe in the room they put me and the room didn't even have a phone. I'm 75 and in the room alone. It was on the outside of the building, which was not explained to me. I requested a refund and checked out. I went to another hotel just down the road and only paid $15 a room more for well lit, very clean and new everything. This does not compute. How can one be so awful, old, dingy, and short staffed and only be that different in price? I would hope you would check on the properties better before listing them on your site.
