Room they gave us wasn’t clean. Second room they gave us had a hole in bathroom door. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling above shower. Mirror in bathroom had a corner missing. And the hotel room sheer set of curtains had numerous holes in them.

Location was convenient to get to all activities

The key cards didn’t work had to ask for help twice before the clerk gave me a different set. The door to the room was broken had to turn the handle up and push hard to open. The bathroom door was also broken and would get jammed when using it.

I asked for early check in when made reservation....We drove 29 hours from CT. When arriving (yes, mid morning...so early) no early check in available. We came back 1;30 hour later and tried again...for an extra $35 they could do it., room would be ready in 30 min. I waited in lobby and after 30 min went to front desk and room was ready I paid the $35 cash and received the "keys"...4 or 5 little envelop were ready. the lady picked one of them to give it to us which showed me that rooms were ready earlier. Also, I was sitting in lobby but she never called me to let me know it was ready...I had to go ask again....It is very poor service on their part for a small $35 extra ...Seriously?? does $35 really worth a bad review from a guest??? I am in the hospitality industry and that just did not worth it at all. Nothing to gain 9except $35) with such attitude.

The entry door closest to my room was "out of order" & there was no elevator.

Hot tub out of order Stayed 2 nights didn't get fresh towels, coffee or beds made. Had to take garbage to front desk and get new garbage bags for the next day. Basically no service at all.

I could not make Coffee in the morning as the coffee maker did not have all of its parts.. Also the door to my room needs adjustment as I had to push really hard to get in the room and it did not shut behind me when I left the room.

Being on the first floor was a bonus. When staff checked me in she gave me a bottle of bug removal because I was on a bike. I thought that was nice.

Had to get cards re activated twice at the front desk, but was easy. Room was clean but one lamp was falling apart hope I don’t get charged cause we didn’t do anything to it. Also a/c could use a cleaning.

No good breakfast, charged me twice, can’t reach the hotel to inquire about it. There is no answer!!!! Extremely frustrating. Some doors were out of order.

when we checked in we had requested a first floor room and they gave us upstairs room. I stated that the rest of the rooms were booked. I did not see a housekeeper or staff member for the two days I was there. There was a dirty towel in the hallway and trash for the two days I was there. The side door was broken and propped with a rock which I did not feel like was safe as well. The hot tub was out of order and that was not communicated at check-in. I did not bother to swim.

The quality inn was adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was well maintained. Showerhead amazing water pressure. They had a really nice refrigerator with a freezer section but no microwave.

Wi-Fi didn’t work till last, poop was badly maintained. No elevator so going to 2nd floor with language is not so easy.
