We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was not the greatest. One of the bulbs was out over the mirror, toilet flushed twice every time it was flushed, shower was not set up well.
Bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep before heading to the airport. Good location as it was very close to the airport!

United States of AmericaNoisy. The room next door….I heard every pee and flush of toilet, every tap on wall, tv, it was not good. The next morning we went down for breakfast and it was all gone. All eaten. It was 9:30 and breakfast was supposed to be until 10. I asked girl at counter is breakfast fist come first served until gone, or is breakfast for all paying guests until 10. We left. I was pissed. I paid $170 for nothing more than a sleep. Will not go back. We plan to drive this route annually as my mother and father in law moved, and we will find another hotel that actually has value for what we pay. I got ripped off and I hate being ripped off. Very disappointed.

SpainI didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that they charge you $150 for "security" purposes. Nowhere when you make a non-refundable booking in booking.com is this advertised. I didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that there was yesterdays ( hopefully not from before) bath towel hanging from the shower bar. I didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that they deceive you with a smile and welcome and then slam you with a charge that SHOUTS: we don't trust you! I didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that it is the first property in which I have received a no for an answer when I asked if my motorbike could be parked under the cover of the enormous entrance. I didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that hopefully I will never return to Englewood, OH again in my lifetime. I didn't like it. Not that there was anything wrong with the property, albeit the fact that management, when I pointed out they should get an insurance policy if they are so worried about potential vandalism, tried to explain they had to treat everyone the same, for a tiny minority of vandals. They try to explain the unexplainable!!! Probably they will too if they answer this review. I didn't like it. Enough said.
Nothing wrong except the owners policy. They are new and as is becoming more frequent, Asian businessmen are buying travel oriented hotels all over the place, and they harass you to pay a "security fee" which is more than the total cost of the room you already payed for in the web app. They "explain" that since they used an "outside" web service provider to book, they retain $150 on your credit card which will be reimbursed in 3-5 business days ( I assume they make a profit with the bank delays. So they tell you this and lie to you because they say they do not have access to my personal details. Instead of asking ME for my personal details, they say I am free to leave or I pay up "the security fee". Of course I would never get the money back from a non-refundable rate I have already paid for. And in this week long trip of mine across the country, I always use the app and it is the first time ( on my fifth night on the road) when I get confronted by this highway robbery. I hope this opinion gets published, and will never use booking.com again if it is not.

The room was very dated and there was a very loud fragrance on the second floor that caused me to cough all night long. My air in the room didn’t seem to work and it was very humid. Overall definitely not worth the money paid.

United States of AmericaThey put a charge on my credit card for an additional $150.00 as a separate security deposit. When I checked in they told me it would be refunded the next day. It still is on my credit card with no credit 4 business days later. I called the property and they said they processed the credit and my bank was hanging onto the credit. I called Chase Bank right after and they said that was not true, so I filed a fraudulent charge claim. This is a very dishonest business practice. I have never had any hotel or motel do this before. When I called their customer service line they told me it was industry standard. Again a lie. Do not stay at Comfort Inn unless you want to be cheated out of $150 or have to watch your credit card statement to see what fraudulent charges they are putting on it.
Food items were good. Not enough room. Tables and chairs pushed all together. Not comfortable. Room was very noisy. 6:30 am on Sunday morning, it sounded like they were moving furniture above us. Also ice machine and vending machine very noisy.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Do Not Disturb door signs available. Staff very friendly. Quiet and many choices for breakfast including eggs, sausage, ham, fresh ftuit, as well as all the basics for an everyday breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful.

The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, I can bring my meals in if I choose and warm them up in the microwave and store leftovers in the fridge....just like at home! I like being able to come "home" and relax with a warm meal and a comfy chair.
I stay here several times a year as it is in great proximity to my work here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is a wonderful way to start my day and I love chatting with the employees...I always feel like this is my home away from home and I truly am with family. I appreciate that...thank you Comfort Inn.... You help being away from home a whole lot easier.
