We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americathe kitchen needed an upgrade the cabinets weren’t aligned with the other cabinets so we couldn’t open the cabinets the sink was small , I asked for silverware the women at the front gave me half the stuff I asked for . they never answer the phones , so we had to come down and ask for towels .

United States of AmericaThe kitchen facilities were not up to par. The stove looked dirty. The utensils and pots I was given were unusable. The pot was so beat up I immediately returned it and bought my own. The rest of the room, especially the bathroom, was fine.

United States of AmericaEvery room I had with a kitchen had dishes and pots. And they didn't have ice either. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside. The guy at the front desk seemed clueless about a lot. They charge separate for room and deposit. The lobby smelled really good but the elevator smelled like roach spray. And the halls smelled different but not a good different.
I liked it was big and had a kitchen. It was really quiet for it to have been packed with a lot of people. We woke up a little late for check out but no one came banging on our door and they was really cool about it. The building and outside of the property was really big a d landscaping was nice too.

United States of AmericaWhen I arrived at this location they told us that we had to pay an extra fee for not smoking. I’m not upset about the fee I just think they should advise people of the fee before hand. The front door had a leak in the ceiling so the floor was wet and smelled like mildew.

United States of AmericaWhen I booked the room, it said free breakfast on the website. As it was supposed to be a kitchenette, there was no pans, dishes, utensils whatsoever. It forced us to eat all of our meals in restaurants. There was what we assumed to be blood stains on the floor, stains of sexual nature on the chairs, no shampoos, lotions or soaps. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and since I was awake, I had to use the washroom, and I could clearly smell a mix of cigarette smoke and marijuana. I completely wish I could get my money back.
It was 5 minutes from the Convention hall. It was close to restaurants. The heater worked in the room. I am only still writing because the bar at the bottom keeps prompting me to write more things.

United States of America1. Asked for $50 deposit fee(which I have not received yet) but does not tell you about it on website. I have no problem with deposit but Atleast let the customer know before hand l. 2. Did not get the same room as was pictured on the website. 3. Room was semi clean. Toiletries from the last customer were still in the bathroom. Leftover Food was left in the kitchen cabinets. 4. The worst of all there were cockroaches some dead some alive in the bathroom. All in all not a good experience.
