There was a cockroach on the floor when I was getting ready to leave. Direct TV would not work.

We cjose the place for the breakfast included and pool. Pool was closed and "breakfast" was orange juice, coffee and a tiny packaged cookie or pastry.

The rooms are very dirty and the floors are not clean at all. They false advertised the pool to be open during summer and it was not. I was very disappointed as the pool was the main reason for me to book the hotel for my kids.

Love the location and how it’s in the center of all the things we need to do and it’s down the street from family!

property was dated. paint scratches and chips on wall. saw some what looks like discarded bed matresses on the side of the property that wasn’t carted away. saw a couple of broken tired vans parked on property.

There was quite a strong unpleasant smell in the room. All three of us thought it smelled like body odor. The room and bathroom seemed clean and didn’t emit any odors, but the sour smell in the air was quite strong.

We had enough space and everything we needed. Check in and check out was quick, and parking was easy.

This has been mentioned in other reviews and was true in our stay the linens sheets,blankets,towels are very worn have holes and need to be replaced if we had nice linens I would given an excellent rating

They came into the room disregarding the do not disturb on the door(twice, once each day we stayed there and once we were in the room) The lady didn’t speak English so it was awkward. The linens had a burn hole in them and they were scratchy but the room smelled fine so maybe they were just old.

Parking was fine. Lots of cameras for security I guess.

beds were so uncomfortable and hard, the rooms weren’t that clean and the floors were sticky in my room and my moms room next door. definitely could have been cleaner & both rooms smelled like smoke badly

They could make a destinated smoking area for the hotel. Coming outside the next day to find cigarettes butts tossed on my car wasn't cool at all.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected. Coffee was good they only had honey buns.

It didn't have a laundry room for guests, and the breakfast consists of coffee, juice, bagels, and Hostess coffee cakes. No creamer assortment for coffee, just powdered cream packets.

The location is great! It's near shopping of every kind and walking distance to Walmart.

Right on a major intersection. Very noisy. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me.

I asked for first floor as we had lots of luggage and they have no elevators. They only had a handicap room left which they gave me. I was impressed with how they had this room set up. Larger size doorways, vinyl tile floors, control to tub set near edge of tub rather than centered. Low table in corner with coffee and other amenities and lower area for hanging clothes, extra sized room leaving space for a wheel chair to easily maneuver around. Best price for that area without having to rent the lesser quality in the area.
