You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe staff at the counter and the maintenance person were accommodating. However, before arriving, I called corporate to find out about the procedure for early check-in. He explained in detail and provided the number for my location. The woman who answered the phone was rude, and when I told her I was aware of the early check-in procedure, she rushed me off the phone and said she would contact me if a room became available. She did not call me back, and I arrived earlier than my check-in time, and a room was available.

United States of AmericaRoom is rather dowdy. and I learned that I was seriously overcharged by Booking.com for this room even though they told me they would save me money. They explained to do it by dividing my entire stay into 5 separate reservations. which saved me absolutely NOTHING! It actually cost more$780.00 as opposed to $605.00. They conveniently skipped adding tax to make it look like it was in fact cheaper. Additionally, they came back after they had my card and erased about 20+ emails showing different rates replacing them with higher rates, which totaled the above $780.00 But I had separated one email for each of four of the reservations. planning to return for fifth later. When I went back all those extra e-mails had disappeared. I feel ripped off and advise hotel to discontinue relationship with that Booking.com company. I did not look for them on web, they usurped my presence on Extended Stay America website and I conversed with a human person who messed me up like this. I am 82 years old and it is not easy to just change living arrangements ( I must have a 1st floor room due to physical limitations).I think I should be refunded the enormous difference in rate this has cost me. The rate I quoted for hotel was given me here by the hotel and includes tax.
Support staff; Chad in particular was exceptionally helpful. Bed was comfortable and linens were light, not heavy. Coffee was pretty good. I didn't eat the muffin yet.

The best part of the hotel was the location. It was really close to AT&T stadium and steps away from Cracker Barrel.

United States of Americaafter arriving at check in time we were told we had to wait an extra hour because the rooms were still being cleaned, mind you while in line they kept telling the previous guest the same thing, rooms had a horrible smell. restrooms didn’t flush, refrigerator kept leaking when we checked the room out trash bins were still full. complained to the owner and he said he couldn’t do anything since we had already “used” the room. we had an event to go to for the afternoon. i had paid the room for four nights just used it for one night and got another hotel. didn’t even ask for a refund they can use the money to hire more people to maintain the rooms better. don’t recommend at all. you’re better off going to motel 6.
