cleanliness of rooms, price it should have been about $60 a room rather than the $110 I paid. Highly overpriced

It was close to Cracker Barrel (walking distance), with-in 10 minutes of AT&T stadium that's about it. In the booking it said breakfast was included well do not count on that all they had was coffee and muffins. the overall review is it's a poor excuse of an Extended Stay Hotel. I guess if this is your last resort just skip what you were going to do and book elsewhere.

Everything about the whole experience and I'm still waiting for my refund from the reservation fee.

We weren't allowed to stay one day. When we arrived to check in we were told they had no rooms available in spite of us having a reservation. The front desk clerk lied and said she called us to tell us but we never received a call, text or email. We book a room somewhere else. Needless to say we didn't like anything.

people on second floor were loud and kept walking loudly at all hours of the day/night also woke up at 2am to use the restroom and saw a roach crawling on my Dallas Cowboys Jersey that I had hung over the chair next to the bed

Check in was 3pm ready to relax after a long drive from Houston but the rooms weren't ready the lobby how ever small was full of angry and tired visitors most of which paid in advance we finally got the room around 4:45pm than if that wasn't unsatisfactory this man keep coming into our room he had a key card that gave him access to all rooms he was dirty and sweating as if he was on drugs which was unsettling to say the least my son was going to a concert and I was left alone terrified he was going to come back I let the ma nager know about this incident he assured me that he retrieved the card and told him to leave the premises but he was on his cellphone walking up and down the parking lot cursing and yelling I was very petrified I have called and complained 3 times with any response or some kind of compensation

The room was comfortable and cold but 2 pillows didn't have pillow cases

Roaches . Bathroom . Overall experience . The whole unit .

The room was infested with roaches . The fridge was old and had rust all over the front . The stove top was rusted . The kitchen table chairs has peeling upholstery . The room smelt horrible . The room had a heavy smell of smoke. The toilet ran all night and wouldn’t flush properly . The bed is on something and if you sit on a edge the other side of the bed lifts.

I left 2 days early out of 5 days so I lost in the end money wise towels and sheets and other things have days you can get Wednesday Thursday mondays never heard of that before staff bad attitude not all but most .I had to go and buy my own comforter set and towels. First time staying at extended stay I leave in California and we have many extended stay I have to say nothing like the one I stayed in. I should of read the reviews my fault I would like my 2days return to me if possible I see y no refund if this how you do business plus the discount I didn't get take me off your list bad business .I would have left day one no pillow cases told staff received one wow I thought it was 2 pillows. So booking. Com you owe me. Please put better people professional one including the manager. Blood stains on mattress really I took pictures if needed. Staff members live there unheard of smh🤨 thanks extended stay for taking my money.

For breakfast: Someplace to sit and eat. Something to drink. Someone to say good morning. For check-in and check-out - people with customer service skills. Hello, how are you? How was your stay? The accommodations: broken toilet, broken bathroom door, no ice cube trays, rollaway-style beds, TV not operating, only one chair at breakfast table (room sleeps 4) only towels for 2 (room accommodates 4) No trash can. Etc etc. totally substandard. We would have been better off sleeping in our car!

The website did not match the property. Literally the entire room was a cat fish. We I first arrived they told me I didn’t pay so I had to call booking and get them to clerics that I made my payment then the room was. Completely different from the pictures. The bathroom tub was dirty the light work sometimes and to put the icing on the cake they had roaches. Also I had to go back to the office because my key card didn’t work. The whole experience was horrible but for $200? Like come one never again

The room I was assigned to wasn't clean, bed not even made. I tried to cancel and I was told they couldn't give me refund because there was no manager on site. The second room I was assigned smelled like Marijuana. Overall the room was not nice at all.

The room door was open when we got there, there was furniture missing, no shower curtain, dirty toilet, dirty fridge, and our "queen" bed was a full size bed. The AC/Heat was extremely loud.

The location was semi-close to to AT&T stadium. The staff was friendly.

the rooms were filthy, smelled like smoke, door latch was broken on one of the rooms. The lobby smelled like pot and it was cramped. the bathroom was not clean, paint was pealing and walls were dirty. My daughters usually do not say anything bad but they did not feel safe and they slept fully clothed.

No dishes, coffee maker, cooking utensils were provided. As advertised, the expectations were that as this has a small kitchen we would be able to prepare meals. That was not possible. Also the front door was missing the strike plate so the door did not completely feel as it was closed. We had reservations for 5 nights but this location only provided 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. When I asked the front desk for any items not in the room, I was told they do not have any of the items I asked about. Although I paid a premium for the extended stay, I received less then if I stayed in a hotel room. I can not recommend Extended Stay America in Arlington TX.
