Bedcover was extremely stained and dirty. Nightstand had sticky substance on top. Breakfast is almost nothing. Hallways were dirty with bits of trash. Was there 5 nights and they were never vacuumed. Have stayed here for many years. Each year it looks worse and worse.

The hotel is not ADA friendly. My husband has a prosthetic leg. The steep hill to get into the hotel was difficult for him to maneuver. We were given a room on the first floor whuch was only accesible by a flight of stairs which was also difficult and painful for him. The air conditioner squeaked and made all kinds of strange noises all night. The breakfast was only waffles and muffins which is not pre-diabetic friendly, we had to go get breakfast elsewhere.

I didn't like that they had waffle makers that I couldn't turn. I feel like the guy that was sitting at the desk should've came over and showed me how to use it, he saw me struggling.

I expected different things for breakfast, all they had was muffins, waffles, bagels, and cereal. I feel like they could've offered something a little different like scrambled eggs and toast with bacon or sausage. Other than that, it was ok, at least we didn't have to leave the hotel to get breakfast

The parking lot and entry to the hotel can get a bit slick in the winter.

The hotel is quiet convenient, very close to the interstate exit. There are several food options nearby, many which are open later, which is nice after a long drive. The room was large and comfortable. Good WiFi.

Wasn’t notified that construction was going on in the hotel. Vending machines were all broke.

The fridge didn’t work. The staff was usually never at the front desk when I needed them.

Air condition knocked badly all night. Cable Television had an almost non-existent selection of channels. Had to hold down the next channel button and wait for an eternity to learn that there was no video. Except for maybe a few sports channels. Talked to the clueless receptionist at the desk who told me it was always like this. Breakfast was very, very small-almost no selection other than an automated rubber pancake maker and waffle maker (that another guest hogged for 10 minutes, but that isn’t the hotels fault). Also, there was a light outside of the room in the parking lot/over the hotel that was on all night and no matter how much I tried to close the curtains, light would still find a way to get in (not sure how to fix that one). All of this would be a big issue if I’d paid $75 or less for the room but it was much, much more than that. For that $$, expected a lot more

The breakfast was lacking. Coffee was like tar. The fruit was not fresh. There wasn't any water in the vending machine. Both the desk staff as well as the breakfast attendant were indifferent to the point of being rude

The quality inn was convenient, easy to find and get to. Rooms were adequate and comfortable.

The front counter service was not friendly. We asked for a cot and were told they didn't even know what it was. I explained it was a small additional bed. They were very dismissive...
