We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bed was very uncomfortable and the comforter had a smoke hole in it. The room was supposed to be smoke free but someone obviously smoked in it. It wasn't cleaned very well and there was a shortage of towels.
The location was a plus and everything was fairly close to it.

United States of AmericaThe room was the standard king suite. The sheets were dirty and comforter was covered in burn marks, as well as the toilet seat. There was big flies and a desk chair that looked like someone too big say in it and messed the legs up.
It looks nice and new from the outside.

United States of AmericaThe room wasn't very clean. White comforter had stains on it. Stayed 2 nights and wouldn't honor my reservation for 2nd night. Said I had to check out and back in to use it. The room was more expensive than it's equal competitors and didn't even have microwave and refrigerator...so I wasn't very happy with this hotel and won't ever stay here again.

The woman when I complained about this was very ignorant like it was my fault that I even parked there. Just as simple as blow the grass away from paying customers vehicles! CanadaThe staff was awful. Had the displeasure of interacting with a few different people at the front desk and none of them were overly friendly or helpful. They were never there when you went to the lobby and always seemed annoyed to provide assistance. We have been staying at many motel 6 locations across the country as we travel and they have been great overall, but the staff here made it less enjoyable. To cap it off, we requested a 1 hour extension for departure as we had a change in plans. They were completely rude about the request and of course didn’t allow it. They said it was because of cleaning but the place was essentially empty when we were leaving and it was a Sunday, so it was pretty obvious they didn’t need the room right away. Either way, staff can make or break your experience, and as with other reviews, it’s clear this staff could use a lesson in customer service.
Decent location off the highway about a 10 minute drive from down town. Standard motel 6 amenities.

United States of Americawithout forewarning, even though I had made the reservations online and said I had a pet, I had to pay a cash only hundred dollar deposit. I was a little suspicious, but handed over the hundred dollars. The clerk did not even offer a receipt. I had to ask for one, so he tore off the corner of a piece of paper and wrote pet deposit $100 and handed it to me. I was a little concerned all night if I would see my money again, but it was returned in the morning after they checked the room to make sure our Chihuahua hadn’t torn it to pieces.
