The fact that I got this hotel because of the indoor pool but the heater was broken if I would have known that I would of booked somewhere else

At first they put us on the top 3 third floor, where they were getting ready to remodel, boxes and a bunch of stuff in the hallways, but when I mentioned I wasn't happy with it bcuz my son has a baby and hard to get to the room, she thankfully moved my room to the first floor with 2 beds for the same price, so I was happy in the end😌

First room we were given smelled horrible. Asked for connecting rooms, but was told they weren't available.

When we arrived the room we were given had the door open and was not ready. They moved us to another room. The dresser drawer was broken could not use it. There was no toilet paper holder. The curtains were broken and could not be closed. The outside light shines directly into the room and is impossible to sleep since the curtains could not be closed. Kids running up and down the hallway up until after 1 am. The pillows all need replaced lumpy and awful. The room itself was clean. We requested only clean towels and Never got them. For the price we paid it was very very disappointing.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was mediocre. Internet was terrible, I know I shouldn’t expect much from a hotel but man was this hit or miss. Elevator was a little daunting too, seemed like it just didn’t want to budge some times .

I liked that the pool was open, a lot of hotels haven’t been having their pool open. I also liked the bed, it was comfy for the price of the hotel.

A couple acces doors were not working so had to walk around the building to get in.

Location was excellent, Beds were comfy, clean room, wasn't noisy. Good Breakfast. Oceans of Fun/Worlds of fun was about a 2 minute drive. QT right around the corner along with several fast food restaurants. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

I asked to be close to pool and was farthest possible. Everymorning my key did not work and i had to get new ones remade . There were homeless people sitting and hanging out on smoking bench. All day and all night

Parking was terrible..there was no back side entrance available at the time and the front was packed during our stay

The breakfast was good, the lady who cooked and prepared breakfast was so kind and attentive!! She made my little extra bacon and made them feel at home!!

staff were amazing The room we booked was under renovation and they comped us a second room attached to our room to accommodate our needs at no charge our entire stay.

My kids loves the pool and breakfast they had convienyosnack to purchase and they are located super close to food 🍕

Hallways were not very clean, smelled of pot, pool was ice cold so kids couldn’t enjoy it much.

When we got to our room it was 60 degrees in the room. It took a while for it to warm up. Also there was a big language barrier at the front desk. I asked for towels twice and she kept giving me new keys to the room. She was very sweet though and kind.

We liked the pool area. Our family had fun the times we went in.

Non smoking room smelled like old smoke, need to re grout the bathroom and the pillows are 1.5 ft by 1.5 ft squares. The air didn't work or we didn't know what we were doing. It was cool enough tho.

The staff was friendly and everything else was working. It was mostly clean.
