You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWater pressure was absolutely horrible. The showerhead was filthy and clogged with calcium and almost every outlet in the room was loose and did not work well. Also, there was at least four obvious people living out of their car staying in the parking lot.
I appreciated the size of the room, including the little kitchenette that it included. The bed was comfortable the price was reasonable and it was close to many conveniences and just a very quick short jump off the freeway

United States of Americano one at front desk when I arrived. a woman told me she had been waiting 30 minutes. There a sign on the desk that stated someone would be back shortly. After 15 minutes I called the hotel’s phone number and it was picked up. The sign on the counter had in very small letters a number to call but neither I or the woman saw this. At 7:15pm you need to have the check in desk covered. Maybe one person on duty is not enough at that time.
