Closet smelled like a dirty gym bag. The room needs a dresser of some sort, even a smaller one.

Could have used some fruit, but good breakfast. The pancake machine is a really good idea. The room looked nice. The fridge and other appliances were nice to have.

The staff here is superb! Rooms were ok value...but what the rooms lacked, the staff more than made up for. Sooooo nice and accommodating. Always ppl going around cleaning.

We came for a quick weekend event so didn’t stay indoor too much but the room was good, we liked the flooring and breakfast was pretty decent especially with the pancake option.

The selection for breakfast is always the same!!] They need to switch it up some. Like fresh fruit, a waffle maker, etc

The cleanliness of the facility and the staff was very nice as well. Everyone is so friendly. The snacks were also full for purchase.

The only problem I had, Always with the upper management, Kate Who also is management of the hotel next-door at best Western, who Threaten me and my kids to leave because he complained about a couple things that need to be brought to their attention so they can fix it for not only me but future guests. She literally said she wasn’t excepting my money anymore and told me to leave of course I did it because there is no legal reason for me to but someone like that should not be in upper management & Should never treat us like that.. it was unbelievable!! any guest should have the free right to either willfully email and let them know their concerns or complaints without being threatened to leave I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

The staff Marisa, Michelle, Jay, Raechel and GM, Bobby were amazing & maintenance guy, Jose and housekeeper, Lily were more than amazing as we were there for a couple months waiting to move into our house and it made us feel like family and always made sure we had what we needed. I cannot Thank them enough!

Lamp shades were Filthy/stained with what looked like almost blood/dirt stains & quilts had HUGE holes and also stains on them. I got a new one @front desk & when got back to my room saw it had even a Bigger Hole in bed quilt.. I don’t like they have no other blankets to offer but only a worn down quilt cover to go with 1 thin white sheet. Pillows are VERY comfy though but small

They ran out of breakfast and didn’t refill @only 8AM. They shut juice/water machine down when should be on all day. The pancake machine was great and VERY clean dining- kitchen area as well:)

I order a room with a sofa bed and got a chair. No ice bucket. No soap. No shampoo. Only was giving two towels for a room that was suppose to sleep 4 only slept 2. I'll never come back And the bedding had blood on the middle sheet disgusting clean them I have worked house keeping not hard to clean up. I'll make sure nobody I know comes here Also the dish washer had nasty old dishes in it and there was no spoons in the silver wear bc I'm sure drug addicts took them. Place looks nice but a dump low key don't come here with children either they had no breakfast for kids

I like the rooms that have a Lil kitchen in them but they had no soap in bathroom just one simple bar soap nothing else

It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk yo check in. Then gave us a sibgle king room without a pull out bed for 3 people( when booked it said I'd get a pull put bed). When we got to our room someone was already in there so we had to go back down stairs to get a different room. Elevator was broke when we got there. Doors on room and bathroom didn't shut very good. Bathroom door wouldn't close.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
